My brother in law visited this a AM in between watching Olympic Team Canada events needing to bring home breakfast for the fam & our experience left us in absolute awe.
In what can only be described as a breathtaking display of efficiency and skill, the team at Tim Hortons delivered a performance worthy of Olympic gold. Tasked with preparing a seemingly routine order of 12 meals—comprising bagels, coffee, and donuts—under a tight deadline, our expectations were modest at best. Yet, what unfolded was nothing short of extraordinary.
From the moment the order hit the counter, the workers sprang into action with the precision of a synchronized relay team. Bagels were toasted, coffee brewed, and donuts boxed with an almost choreographed elegance. Each movement was a testament to their training and expertise, as they executed their roles with lightning speed and flawless coordination.
In mere seconds, what we had anticipated as a lengthy wait was transformed into a swift, seamless operation. The team’s ability to maintain such a high level of efficiency under pressure showcased their remarkable skill and dedication. They didn't just meet the challenge—they obliterated it, surpassing even our highest hopes with a performance that left us in awe.
This display of speed and proficiency at Tim Hortons redefines what we thought possible in fast food service. Their Olympic-worthy achievement serves as a shining example of what excellence in the fast-paced world of food service looks like. Bravo to the team for setting such a high bar and delivering an experience that will be remembered as a true feat of operational prowess.

Read moreI used to visit this location all the time due to the lovely elderly lady I would look forward to seeing who provided wonderful service. However, now I intentionally go out of my way to avoid this Tim Hortons. The staff here is awful now. Yesterday, I was in a rush and decided to see if by some miracle it has improved. It hasn’t. You order a certain item and they just give you whatever they feel like giving you instead of letting you know that they don’t have that item, and offering you something similar, or giving you the option to not pay for something you didn’t ask for. When you confront them about it, they greet you with an attitude and never take accountability for their mistake. I have had several experiences where I ordered a cold brew and was served an iced coffee, which is cheaper and just not the same at all, and when I said something to them about it, they proceeded to argue with me and insisted it was a cold brew. It definitely wasn’t. There is one young girl working there in particular who usually works the drive thru who I’m sure has caused a ton of complaints due to her completely sour attitude. She has zero interest in being there nor being even somewhat friendly or providing good service to the customers and she makes it painfully clear. If I owned this place, I would be mortified about her behaviour. I do not recommend this Tim Hortons. The one on Edward’s street is a far better experience. Save your money,...
