Do not bring your children here they are not welcome. Decided to stop and grab my 2 toddlers a quick treat on our way home yesterday evening, left our wagon on the bricks beside the trailer (only safe place to put it without lifting it onto the deck and being in the way of paying customers). Food took forever, judgmental atmosphere, and customer service was less than fabulous… As I was packing up and trying to leave with my two screaming (now starving because a single order of chicken fingers took forever) children, a woman with very short blonde hair pulled up in white truck (assuming owner or management) insisting I move immediately, I wish she used these words but I’m sure this review will be taken down (I was clearly trying to get walking again and out of her way). After I was out of her way - within seconds of her pulling up (I was already humiliated and frustrated) she sticks her head out of her truck and continues “I have to unload my truck” I responded now in tears “you could have waited 30 seconds” to which she says “no I can’t”, I’ve never met a more impatient entitled woman in my life. After paying 17$ plus a tip for this garbage food that took forever I will NEVER be back and will tell everyone I know to also never return. So disappointed by what used to be a...
Read moreIn 2 months I have been there 5 times trying to get food. The first time I ordered a sandwich with no butter on the bun as I can't have dairy. The sandwhich was made and it was delicious. However, the next time I went to get food a blonde lady working there kept saying "we butter all of our buns ahead of time. " I asked if it was possible to save a couple buns for those who can't have dairy and I got the same response "we butter all of our buns ahead of time." I left thinking she was being miserable and I've had them make it w/o butter before so she's just being difficult. However, upon 2 more attempts to order a sandwhich or burger (most of their menu items require a bun of some sort) I get the same complete lack of willingness to accommodate something as simple as not buttering even ONE bun ahead of time. You could just butter that bun near the end of the day if you need it lady. Just because you have always done something one way does not mean there isn't a better way. Will not be going back with my family. There are PLENTY of other places to get what they serve that are far more accommodating to customers. I was trying to support a long time local business, however they don't seem to appreciate...
Read moreWent here to eat with my girlfriend for dinner and we've been here before knowing the burgers here are typically good. When we ordered our food we were treated poorly by the cashier and she kept getting our order wrong. Finally after some back and forth we find out she has an hearing impairment and forgot her hearing aids, but not before responding to us rudely and saying that the fans are too loud in the truck as a reason for not hearing us first. After we received our food this is what thier BANQUET BURGER looked like, squished and hardly any toppings(if your paying $10 for a burger would you not expect more on it?). Also when we returned the food and wanted our money back, the blond haired lady with glasses only gave excuses and claimed there was nothing wrong with the burger and never apologised for both of thier behavouirs or for the food being sad looking. If your going to order $30 for a dinners worth of food, you would be better off going to Burger King or another burger place and get better quality food and better customer service. In the end its sad to see that Hancs would rather ruin your food then make right with...
