Free Topping Pizza — Restaurant in Clarington

Ordered pizza for delivery at this location. It nearly took an hour after calling to preorder prior that day. We had to call and ask saying “they were running behind” which is understandable on a Friday night. After almost having to call again, the pizza delivered and after realizing they gave us the wrong order. With calling them AGAIN, the employee said “oh we only charged you for a party cheese pizza, sorry” free toppings pizza… talk about no toppings. All and all not a good experience obviously. Management should look into some better ways for their employees to address customers complaints when they come and maybe prioritize orders that were made hours in advance… also the pizza was not satisfying. 1. Not cooked enough 2. Not much flavour (had store bought pizzas that have been better) 3. Dipping sauces had a bad taste… but again there were NO toppings at a pizza place that should be famous for their toppings considering the name…. During COVID19 period, and when their website was not accepting online orders, called restaurant from in front of the shop, and asked if 2 medium pizza specials were available. Told Yes and placed order. Total of $38 after tax for just 2 pizzas. After checking Skip The Dishes later, MULTIPLE specials available for a cheaper price (by $6!) that included same pizzas plus drinks and dessert/wings/chicken fingers.
