Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Clarington

So this is my cheat day and my daughter and I love grabbing a greasy stuffed crust pizza with crazy bread from Little Caesars. Guilty pleasure. So I placed the order as I usually do, simple enough I thought, an order with a large stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, crazy bread and a couple Mug root beers. We went and picked it up, brought it home, got everything set it all up and started to rip apart the pizza only to find they had forgotten to put cheese in my cheese crust pizza. So disappointing 🫤 Thinking I seriously have to do this and wait all over again??? But guess what? I didn't because I was informed by Kerry, the manager on right now that I got what I ordered. When I kindly informed Kerry that I wouldn't and don't come to that establishment for anything else BUT the stuffed crust for my daughter and I she let me know that the person that answered the phone said so, so THAT WAS IT. Are you kidding me with this crap? I am definitely NOT wasting my cheat day on this dry pizza. My daughter choked down a couple pieces because it's 730 and she's hungry and I can't spend MORE money. So, i am out the $25.00 for the food, oh yeah, and the $5.00 tip. I understand this is just Little Caesars, but not even an offer to try and rectify a thing. Just a nope, that's what you ordered. On Saturday May 1st, 2021,I ordered a pizza online, to be picked up from your Bowmanville store. I ordered and paid for a medium pizza with pepperoni,extra cheese, green peppers, and onions. I know for a fact that I selected green peppers on my order. I received the pizza without green peppers on it. I brought it to the manager's attention, I wanted my money back because I didn't want to wait for it to be remade. She spoke to the owner,and informed me that because it was an online order,the money wasn't in their store, and they couldn't give it back to me. Now, I have no pizza, and Little Caesars has stolen my money. I am very upset, and I would be justified in calling the police to get my stolen money back. I will do so if I don't get my money back immediately. If you pay for your pizza online, and it's not up to your satisfaction, you will not get your money back. In my opinion, they are nothing more than thieves, and it will be a cold day in hell before I ever set foot in that...

Not very happy with this location at all , my wife and daughter stopped into grab a hot and ready and some crazy bread . Took order home and it was the wrong crazy bread , so very upsetting cause my grandson was already in his chair excited about his crazy bread. Yes we gave him a piece he was hungry , drove back to store and explained to the young man who served me that it was wrong , and some young lady with blonde hair came from the back grabbed the bag from my hand and looked inside and said there’s a piece missing . I explained that it was very upsetting going all the way home to find my order wrong she still preceded to argue with me , walked away from me as I was still taking and said to the young man who served me huffed and puffed and said just give her a new one . Then was told by the owner next time I have attitude like the way I did that I would be banned...
