KFC — Restaurant in Clarington

My third time visiting this location and the worst experience. The bucket is still there in front entrance collecting rain water (?) since my last visit in 2018. The staff are racist, this also I know from my previous visits but I have no choice but have to go there when the kids are asking for KFC! I heard the cashier make a racist comment to the back staff and laughing as I was trying to make an order, then said they didn't have certain things I asked for. Tried to sell me black meat but taking money for white(ye we still live in the 18th century in some places). The cashier had no customer service at all and just threw what she can in the bag and wanted me out. When I came to the car I found the fries was burned and stale, and they only gave us black meat(but I paid for white). The kids had no patience as we were way past lunch time so they started eating and I had to rush to pick my youngest from daycare. Food is good, it’s what you expect. KFC can sometimes have decent deals going. The staff is friendly but the parking lot is an absolute mess. I went in to order food a week ago and it went just fine. I ordered on the app today for the $2 Chicken Sandwich coupon and arrived 5 min before my order was to be ready. I waited nearly 15 minutes until an employee thought I was just loitering during Covid-19... yea... I said I was waiting for my order then they found the order receipt and made it then. Kind of annoying when you order ahead of time to avoid a line yet someone walks in after yours is supposed to be ready, orders and received their bucket before mines even started. I have been eating KFC since the very first restaurant opened in Toronto. Yes, I'm that old. This is THE WORST KFC I have ever, ever eaten. My husband picked it up tonight from the Bowmanville location. The breading was soggy and burned. Only half of the pieces had breading on them, the others were bare. See the one in the middle on the photo. The coleslaw had big chunks of carrots in it and tasted off. The gravy was horrible, horrible. I had to cook it on my stove and add spices so it has some flavour. My husband said he heard the person serving him ask the guy cooking the chicken, if it the chicken was all right? Obviously he could see there was something wrong. The bottom of the takeout box broke out when I lifted it up there was so much grease. Just awful all...
