My family and I we were very happy to go to boston pizza in this location due we were on vacations in collingwood we always go to boston pizza in niagara falls on the weekends we know the menu so I'm so mad and honestly very dissapointed of this boston pizza as the server actitud was extremely bad we were waiting for someone almost 10 mins after she came with an angry face she ask are you ready to order your food so I say no could you please bring the drinks first she say NO I need your order now but she answer bad so my husband says give us 5 minutes please then she get more angry then she bring our drinks 15 mins later drinks were very bad as the soda was pure water instead of coke and beers were warm also at the time we order the drinks we also order the kids meal once she bring the kids meal one of them my little girl spaghetti come without salsa and my son chicken tenders were hard like a rock then we ask her for the salsa she get mad but she don't even say sorry she just get mad after she bring the pasta we order our pizza she was that's all you want?? Just pizza??? But in a rude tone and we say yes then she say well thats going to take some time be ready to wait then my little girl ask for ketchup and she say ohhh ok and she turn her eyes up looking very uncomfortable after we ask for the bill I told her we have a 10% disscount from the hotel and she say well I don't give you more diss count on your bill because kids eat free so your card is not valid you need to pay the rest if your bill but super rude and then she ask you need the machine or not tell me now and I was like yes and she turn her eyes up very bad like rude . Honestly I did't want to give her a tip she ruin our dinner from the begging till the ends but my husband says well even if she give bad service bad food bad drinks the right is to give her the tip but honestly this is the last time I go to boston pizza I'm so dissapointed very dissapointed we spent a lot money in others boston pizza but this one make the worst experience doesn't want to make me back to this place . So far I've had zero complaints other than certain items just don't suite my palate (to each his own flavours) but nothing to complain about and have never been even slightly sick so the health and safety is obviously taken seriously in the kitchen. Thank you for helping me enjoy a menu I thoroughly enjoy! Have only tried the pizza and salads at this location but freshness and cleanliness is paramount to me when dining out and haven't noticed anything unusual or unacceptable in my experience. Definitely lower gram count on toppings since I worked at BP way back but prices have also not gone up significantly in the same timeframe; on that point I'd pay more for the same amount of toppings (ie. final product quality lacks due to this issue).
I'm sorry but what the heck happened to your pizza menu?! One star off for the changes. Half the new "signature" pizzas are meh, your awesome "thin crust creations" are not available on regular crust unless I pay up the wazoo for "create your own" with the same toppings AND you got rid of the BOSTON ROYAL?!?!?! whoa. Was excited to do the BOGO tonight but damn I can't even decide what to get anymore because of the changes...too much too fast and the silly limitations on the preset choices.
