Very Bad experience, too many people showing me how to scan in all different ways. I had about 150 pages to scan and store in a folder, well, I haven't the first clue how to work this, to leave me alone and figure it out myself was a very demeaning experience, I left crying because all the work I did, and ran out of time. I felt so defeated. I was crying in my car and someone came out to tell me that they will do it all for me. Thanks, it would have helped if you did that in the first place when I told you I didn't know what to do and to be told it's easy. Well, it's not easy. Would really, really help if there was a person who could stay and help those of us who don't know or suggest they do it for you so as to not have so much stress put on the customer. We're here to get help, not feel humiliated. In the end they did it for me and sent it whom I had to send it to for me. It was, for me. A very very bad experience. Was at Staples in Collingwood looking for a office chair to take home assembled. The young man was great and said he would put the chair togeather for 25.00 in 15 mins if I would like to wait and when I went up to pay with him the manager/supervisor said no it costs add'l 89.00 for ins which I did not want so they would not assemble chair. We ordered online and the price dropped by 50.00 for Black Friday and we assembled it and it was easy to do so ending up saving 165.00. The manager/supervisor needs to be a better example to her employees when dealing with clients she had terrible customer service and I think the young man noticed too but what could he do.
