I wanted to write to tell people about the Accessibility factor in Harbourview Park in Collingwood. It is a beautiful park with long and interesting waterfront and water view trails that meander through an arboretum and across a free launch ramp with plenty of parking, for water sports and across several foot-bridges that span inlets to the harbour. On the right hand side if you are facing the launch ramp the paved pathway leads to a sturdy aluminum ramp and dock where there is an apparatus which will allow disabled people to use a kayak. I was so impressed by this inclusion and accessibility that I took pictures but had a hard time finding the place to post them.
