Overall, this is a fantastic place to get different kinds of fresh breads and pastries. PET OWNERS BE AWARE THAT THEY USE A PRODUCT DIRECTLY RELATED TO XYLITOL AND IT'S CALLED XYLANASE AND IT IS DEADLY TO YOUR PETS IN SMALL DOSES. Also be aware that they label one of their breads to be low FOD but it is not low FOD and hurt me greatly after eating it. I checked the ingredient list and there are two super HIGH FOD ingredients on that list. This bread should not be labeled low FOD. Ask for printouts for all breads if you have sensitivities and ignore signage in front of the breads created by the store personnel.

Absolutely a 5 plus. Besides their wonderful fresh and tasty products, especially their blueberry torte , my favorite. I think COBS must go out of their way to hire the most friendliest people in the world , I have seen it in all 4 locations I have visited in Southern Ontario. This one so far ranks the best. Loved my experience here. Thank you to the staff.

This time we grabbed mini pepperoni pizza, mini chocolate croissants and apple licious twist. I love the croissants how they just melt in your mouth, not over powering sweet just right. Everything is so delicious and freshly made.

Absolutely a 5 plus. Besides their wonderful fresh and tasty products, especially their blueberry torte , my favorite. Went to this Collingwood, ON location on Thursday, Feb 18 evening. Asked the staff for vegan options and the ladies behind the counter were very confident to say that all the sweet ones except Chocolate Croissant are vegan. I categorically asked them if they have any dairy, butter, eggs or anything else, and they told me that along with this new pizza option everything is vegan now. Checked out this place for the first time today. Service was very friendly! The woman that helped me was only on her second day of working there but was incredibly knowledgable and went above and beyond ( I wish I got her name for a shout out!) There is a lot of staff there to help you and busy bees in the back. The pumpkin scone was the best I've had; so fluffy and delicious!
