Mr.Sub — Restaurant in Collingwood

I’m not quite sure where to begin... I love sandwiches, Subway, Mr. Sub, firehouse have never let me down in the past. Even more than my mothers own cooking I love sandwiches. Today I went in and was not addressed whatsoever. The older person behind the counter simply looked at me and waited for me to begin. I began my order feeling quite awkward but that’s okay because it’s all for the sandwich. Throughout the entire process nothing was explained to me, I asked if I could have the bread toasted prior to the vegetables and the worker stared at me for 10 entire seconds. The only reason she stopped staring was because I told her not to worry about it. After my sub was toasted I asked for extra sauce and was responded to with a look I can only describe as dumb founded. The reaction made me feel as if I had asked for a food that doesn’t exist in an entirely different language. Over my many years of ordering subs at Mr. sub my personal favourite has always been the pizza sub with extra cheese, mushrooms and green olives heated on a cheddar bun. tonight. I ordered a sub for delivery through the Uber Eats platform from the Mr. sub location at 115 1st St. in Collingwood, I venture to try a new sub called the smoked meat sub to which I had on a cheddar bun with male mustard, mushrooms, green olives, Not heated and I will say this sub was not only delicious, definitely becoming One of the best subs I had and now a close sey to my longtime favourite sub( The Pizza Sub. How I wish there were more convenient locations but currently I am just visiting in Collingwood. I live out west where there’s very few Mr. sub locations thank you and keep up...

AVOID AVOID AVOID Was visiting blue mountain from Toronto. Wanted to try out a different restaurant closeby which was closed so instead we decided to go for the Mr.sub located in same plaza. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!! Although the staff was friendly, NO PROPER HYGEINE WAS BEING FOLLOWED. When making the sub, staff didn't put a paper underneath and put it directly on the shelf. The chicken used was NOT COOKED PROPERLY!! THE BREAD WAS DAYS OLD.
