Worst experience!! NEVER go to Pizza Nova Collingwood, EVER! Zero stars!!

Ordered two vegetarian pizzas for delivery. Placed the order online to ensure accuracy. After 40 minutes, called the customer service number who contacted the store and said it would be 5 more minutes. 20 minutes later two pizza arrive- 1 was made incorrectly with pepperoni. Called customer service back and said we would go pick up the new pizza without meat. Arrived at the store to find out that the manager cancelled the order and told employee not to remake the pizza. I waited 10 more minutes for the manager to arrive to talk to me. Two people came into the store but never acknowledged me (one was the manager). I called customer service back while in the store and told them they did not have a pizza ready for me. They called the store again and they finally agreed to make the new pizza. While waiting for new pizza to be made the angry owner comes in and was very rude to me about getting a new pizza that was incorrectly made. He was loud, rude and completely not customer service focused. His behaviour was completely unacceptable and threw the pizza across the counter at me once it was made. Never order...

This was the worst customer service I’ve ever received from a restaurant. I placed an order for a large pepperoni pizza and the restaurant said it would take 45 minutes to arrive. After 1 hour 30 mins I called the restaurant to check in on where my order was. The man that answered was very irritated and he told me that the roads are super busy (they weren’t) and that the driver was coming in 10 minutes but he doesn’t know which driver took my pizza so he couldn’t even contact the driver. Another 30 minutes passed and it was 2 hours since I placed my order so I called again. I guess they saw my number because they hung up when I called back. So then I tried calling again and the same man answered and said “I don’t know who you are have a good night” in a very rude tone and hung up on me. 2 hours and 30 minutes later I still have not received my pizza. I couldn’t even ask for the guys name that answered the phone because he hung up on me. All I know is that he had a heavy accent. Terrible experience and...

Pizza Nova was so good when they first opened. Now in recent months the quality of food and service has changed for the worse. Just received another burnt pizza, black in the bottom! That’s three orders in a row, either burnt pizzas or a problem every time. I’ve been there and seen the older guy at the back with either his mask half on or not on at all, hanging under his chin. Such a shame, used to be great pizza, friendly staff. Not any more. I’ll attribute it to staff shortages obviously not the intention of the owner. But someone should please double check the pizzas when they go out or something. I doubt the owner would have allowed these burnt pizzas to go out the door, staff could care less I expect is the problem. We’ll look for somewhere else to order from with hopes Pizza Nova gets back to making the good pizzas they’re capable of soon.
