My friends and I went this past weekend 2 men and 2 woman. After they had received there drinks we began to play pool, I my self was the DD so I was only drinking water at the time. My friend (23) and I were then asked for our IDs, which was fine however then we're ask for a second time, I had given the security my government drivers license again. The third time they again came asking for a secondary Peace of Id which I only had my credit card and debt card.they also had my friends visa. They then left with my id and then for a third time ask me( 30 years old), grey hairs and all ,to go to the bar tenders for additional confirmation. I am a server my self , and was told this place had had a complaint that there was someone under age so I could have been understanding in the beginning. However when I approached the two bar tenders I made the statement that I was mostly /likely older then both of them. And instead of an apology I was given a snarky attitude dismissing me away that my id was again for the third time fine. At this point my friends and I decided to leave since we no longer were wanting to keep our business there. My friend and I went up to the bar to pay and she had mentioned to the girls that they should of asked for everyone's id befor serving, and then again the bar tender replied that "it was there job" lol which both my friend and I said yes , yes it is to ask before hand .I also informed them that after all the inconvenience they should have at least apologized. These two bar tenders have alot to learn about customer service, and I my self would be looking to write them up because if they continue loseing the bussience customers they will be loseing money. Lastly I would like to point out it was only us two woman that were getting Id not our two male friends. And I would appreciate maybe a credit for the inconvenience if ever we choose to try the...
Read morejust left the elvis festival. WORST BAR EVER! this bar hosted an indoor and outdoor elvis event. outdoors had twenty 8" wide tables and steel chairs with umbrellas at only 6 tables. everyone else had to sit in the hot sun. when we approached up to front door with my wife in a wheelchair, the big goof security guy just stood and stared at us. I had to ask him to hold the door open so I could push my wife and her chair through to get inside. inside was extremely spacious but only had enough seating for a small office party. all seats were taken. more tables and stools where available in the billiard room which was empty due to the event. when I asked if we could move one table and a couple of stools to the main room, the owner/manager just said NO. no reason or explanation, just no. another elderly couple asked as well, still just no. I had to leave my wife in her wheelchair to watch the show, while I stood, which was impossible due to the many customers always standing in front of her. we finished our 1 drink and left. this owner/manager only cares about money. I'm a business owner too. I want my customers money too, but I make sure they're happy, comfortable and satisfied to get their repeat business. good luck for that idea with this place. hope this bar closes down soon so a better one might open in its place. might give a reason to want to come back to the elvis festival next year. stay away. zero stars. had to choose 1 star rating or I could not post this message. hope the festival coordinators...
Read moreShady business, I went here tonight with some friends and tried to order my first drink of the night. I asked for a rum and coke, The owner made me a drink and served me. I only had my debit card with lots of money on it to pay for the drink. He told me that he doesn’t accept debit and told me to get the F word out of here. His ATM machine had no money in it so I couldn’t give him cash and I didn’t have one of my credit cards to give to him. So I didn’t accept the drink and told him nicely that because I only have my debit I can’t pay for this drink. I cut myself off for the night and went back with my friends only for the owner to yell at me in front of my friends and told me that I wasted his time and to get the F out of the bar. I never been humiliated like that before in front of people and I don’t wish it upon anyone else. He is obviously not a good person and I will never spend another dollar of my hard earned money in this place again. I will never recommend this place to anyone and there is always fights, The owners excuse is that he has no cameras.. He is...
