WOW!!! This was our favourite place to go. Not the case this time! To start, the flies inside were horrendous! There was no comfortable way to enjoy our meal inside without having to use our menus as a fly swatter! Next, or service was incredibly slow! The wait between drinks, appetizers and main course was very slow! And finally, the food! HORRIBLE!!!! Not everything. Just the main course. Two of our three meals were sent back to the kitchen. My chicken tenders were so over cooked, I demonstrated this to the waitress by knocking them on the plate! They were terribly over cooked and clearly sat under a heat lamp of sorts to finish the dehydrating process! I told my my waitress I didn’t want to have to wait another half hour to get my meal back. She came back assuring me it would be corrected within 7 minutes. Which it was but somehow came back with the wrong sauce and the wrong side order. This is a dish I have ordered several times in the past and thoroughly enjoyed. This time the sauce was so incredibly hot that it was burning deep inside my ears and as I write this review, my mouth is still stinging! NOT A COOL PAYBACK FROM THE BOH STAFF!!! The second plate to be sent back had pretty much the same problem! The wings were severely over cooked and the same dehydration process had taken place! Once our wings were “replaced” they were exactly the same only sauced a whole lot more!!! Rather than send everything back to the kitchen - AGAIN - I suffered through my dinner and my son put his wings in a take out box and threw them in the garbage at home! This brings me to the bill. NO COMPENSATION WHAT-SO-EVER! Not so much as an offer of a free drink!!! Our bill came to $120+ and not so much as an offer to compensate for the terrible food that we received tonight! BOTTOM LINE? I’ve been to many St Louis all over Ontario and happened to bring visiting family to this restaurant (11 people). In every other location the service was decent or even great. Not so here.
There were only 4-5 other tables being served, not even half capacity.
Horrible service, waitress failed to: Ask which sides we’d like for our wings, Failed to bring an alcoholic drink for the entire dinner then attempted to charge us for it before we corrected them, Had to be corrected on 3 orders of 1lb wings, Had to be reminded of 1lb of wings after everyone else had already been served their food, Failed to mention Pepsi was being served instead of Coca Cola when Coke was asked for, Never said sorry or asked for any apology for any of these mistakes. Never wrote down any of the orders at any point which probably contributed to the confusion, NEVER SAID SORRY
If the restaurant happened to be very busy or she happened to be new then I’d be more understanding but her attitude seemed to indicate she knew what she was doing despite all these errors indicating otherwise.
Of course we were charged the mandatory gratuity (18%) for our order, so perhaps that contributed to the waitress’ carelessness.
We were the largest table on a fairly quiet night of business, I would’ve expected they’d make sure we were treated right. But the service was far below mediocre, one of the worst I’ve experienced.
If she had given a sincere apology or even said a quick “sorry” once I may not have written this review.

Read moreLate stop for wings around 9pm. Maybe 10 ppl in restaurant, bartender outside having cigarette says whomever will seat us. Stand at door for at least 5-8 mins waiting just to be seated. Bartender turns out to he only server on shift. He comes over to take drink order and starts chatting about his life to us and how this was his "former watering hole" and how he only offered to work there for 10wks before he heads to Nfld to work in his family's business. Comes back with drinks (water and virgin daiquiri) to take food order. Food arrives in reasonable amount of time. Forgets to bring side gravy, so I request that and glass of water, he takes my daiquiri glass that is still 1/4 filled with daiquiri I hadn't finished yet. He returns promptly with the gravy and no glass of water. He doesn't return to table until we were more than half way through our meal after I had to interrupt a conversation he was having with a guest at the bar to ask for my water I had requested and he makes up an excuse as to "I thought I had already brought that to you". He had dropped the gravy off and that was it. We finished our meals and sat waiting for at least another 10 mins before he came over to see if we were finished.
