I preordered a Hawaiian pizza for lunch. 15 minutes later I popped in to pick it up. There was only one guy working at the time. After dealing with the two other people in front of me he turned to me. I told him I preordered a pizza and he said it would take 10 min. I pay for my pizza and then he proceeds to go back into the kitchen and start making my pizza without first washing his hands or wearing gloves. After seeing him make my pizza and grabbing ingredients with bare hands after touching the POS system and dealing with three customers, I ask him why he did not wash his hands. He then said he would remake the pizza and wash his hands. So he comes back up to the sink and turns it on. He runs his hands under water for about 2 seconds and then turns the sink off. Then another customers order is ready so the employee grabs that for him then goes back to make my pizza without rewashing his hands after not properly washing his hands the first time. I tell him that since he is working with food he either needs to wash his hands or wear gloves. At the same time, another customer walked in and heard what I said. She promptly turned around and walked out, which I would have done if the employee would refund my money. Anyways, I tell the employee a second time to wash his hands and he said (with a huge eye roll and rude attitude) he already did and what did I want from him to which I replied no you rinsed your hands and then came back up dealt with another customer and now are going back to prepare food. At this time, a random customer who was eating in told me that the employee does't need to wash his hands since he never touched cash. I ignored the customer and just told the employee for the third time to wash his hands properly or wear gloves. Finally, the employee washed his hands with soap (although had a very rude attitude the rest of the time). He made my pizza and I took it and left.
Overall, I would never eat at Pizza Pizza Collingwood again. The employees lack of food safety awareness and attitude towards customers is atrocious. The owner needs to step up and make sure their restaurant employees are following food safety protocols and learn how to act...

After they had to argue with the "manager" he still continued to refuse to fix them or replace them with the proper order. Then i had to go there and demand he remake them because of the fact that he was on the.till and when she questioned the manager about the pizzas HE PUT HIS UNCHANGED, GLOVED HAND ALL OVER THEIR PIZZAS AND TOLD THEM TO HAVE A NICE DAY, i didnt see them change their gloves within 3 hours of my being inside that store. They handled customers cash, recipts, and cash with the same gloves they were preparing pizzas with. EVEN AFTER I POINTED IT OUT TO THEM THEY STILL REFUSED TO CHANGE THEIR GLOVES. This all started at 9 o clock thursday april 9th 2020. The simple fact that i had to buy a 4th pizza. To get the third pizza re made, was completely ignorant repugnant. After arguing with this man for 3 hours because the pizzas were made wrong and how he shouldnt be touching peoples food with contaminated gloves, and how he contaminated our food because he felt the need to touch all up on the pizzas, After handling cash. It is NOT safe and its NOT sanitary. And during the 3 hours, i was told that i am not allowed to sit down according to the manager? Yet the other customers could? Read moreTo whom this concerns, I live in Collingwood, ON and placed an order for delivery at 10:50pm. I was guaranteed delivery by 11:40pm or its free. In the notes i mentioned to call upon arrival. Ive been waiting until 11:40 and called customer service just after that to see where my order was. The lady who i spoke with mentioned that the driver arrived at 11:26pm but never came to the door, buzzed or called. I had it in the delivery notes to call upon arrival. I have included my phone records to show that i did not get a call at that time. When the lady mentioned the driver had arrived but was sent away, i was confused because no one came to the address given. She did not offer a solution or to speak with a manager. The Manager Shawn, agent 5354 mentioned the same thing, but said he had copied and pasted a number on file to call at 11:26 and mentioned that he had talked to someone with a similar voice as mine that had said something like "i did not place an order". I explained to him that he did not speak with me but refused to offer to give me the time guarantee because he had spoken with someone that said they didnt make an order. Im upset and frustrated, as I waited an hour, to not get my food because of a mistake that was not on my part. I am a customer of Pizza Pizza and feel disappointed that your company failed to take responsibility and resolve the issue.
