CoCo Bubble Tea（Clarke Road） — Restaurant in Coquitlam

Okay, this is going to sound extremely petty, but I recently went to get a few drinks there, and I was disappointed by the service I received. When my order was ready, I wasn't given or offered a bag. I've been to CoCo's plenty of times before, and they have always provided me with a bag without asking. So, I politely asked if I could have a bag, but they informed me that it would cost 25 cents. Normally, this wouldn't be a big deal at all if they had mentioned the charge during the ordering process. However, I felt a bit insulted when I was the only customer in the store being charged for a bag while everyone else received one without asking or paying.

Longer review for the staff and manager: I started getting the Brown Sugar Pearl Milk tea here when I moved to the area just over a year ago and loved it. The only hiccup is that I have to order it with less ice since I have very sensitive teeth to cold and for some reason the general policy was changed not to include ice choice as an option.

For the most part, the staff has been happy to serve me my drink how I like it regardless and I'm always happy to tip generously when they do (5$ for a 6$ drink when they don't hassle me about the policy)

Usually I love there bubble tea however this most resent time I went they were having technical difficulties which was fine however I was told they didn't accept card but then when I got the cash they said they actualy could take card but preferred cash and even after all this my drink sat in there in there lid machine finished and sealed for 5 minutes before they gave it to me and one of the workers wasnt doing anything else during this time.
