Thieves first of all, the thieves at Pizza Factory overcharged me $3 for my 29 special #one.

Second of all was 5 minute drive to my house, the pizza arrived cold the wings arrived cold and it took them over an hour to drive 5 minutes to my house, it was also supposed to come with a two litre of Pop which I never received.

Last but not least my $30 meal came to $45 by the time I settled with the driver's , which is a substantially different price from what it is when I ordered.

Last but not least the wings are supposed to be tossed in the sauce you ordered them with instead of having my wings tossed in the teriyaki sauce I had two little containers of teriyaki sauce place to the side not enough to cover even half of the Wings and the wings came dry not tossed like it's advertised on the website

Making my pizza experience with Pizza Factory terrible, their thieves and liars and I will never buy from them again and I suggest you don't either because you're going to get ripped off going to get cold pizza and you're not going to get what you order and the price will be manipulated. Terrible service my last order. The girl who took my order was NOT specific about the difference between Ground Beef and Hamburger. So instead of ground beef and bacon, which I wanted I got something all together different. Which included tomatoes, which I have an allergic reaction. When I called back to mention this she became VERY defensive and with sharp tone started giving me attitude for not specifically saying ground beef. Insisted that I order again!!! I've been ordering from here for 3months now, and never had a problem until this girl with more attitude than manners. Whoever she is she should not be talking to people the way she does and I hope she finds a more suitable job. I will DEFINITELY never order from here again! Absolutely worst customer service I've received in my time here. Definitely do NOT recommend this place. I have been buying pizzas at Pizza Factory for several years and have enjoyed many pizzas during this time. Sadly, the past few months, they have begun to scrimp on toppings-- the last pizza having sections with no toppings even an inch and half in from the edge. When I complained, the girl offered to replace the pizza. When I returned to pick it up, they gave me the exact same pizza with a little extra cheese sprinkled to cover it up. Not surprisingly, the whole pizza was dried out. Sometimes they try to pass off someone else's reject pizza for a fresh pizza too. If they don't want to sell their pizzas for the same price anymore, it would be better to raise the price, then play these sorts of games with their customers. Not sure if I am going back now.
