Come on, IKEA. You get that people love food, are happier when they’re fed, will stay longer, want to sample your groceries… but my recent experience, yuck. Dried out fries, dry odd veggie balls, sloppy potato medallion, soggy “toasted” garlic bread, stale crust on the cheesecake… the only redeeming items were the generous side of green peas, plant balls, and of course the signature daim cake. You’re thinking, what did I expect? What I loved as a kid! Hot fries, saucy meatballs, crunchy toast, soup… how hard is it to have fresh fries and properly toasted...
