Absolutely ATROCIOUS customer service. I recieved my order and it was wrong. When I pointed this out to the driver they contacted there boss. I politely asked them to communicate in English as it's the only language I speak (absolutely nothing again other cultures or languages, but in a customer service situation it's important the customer understands what you're saying) which to this, the manager at the restaurant yelled at me that he doesn't have to speak to me in English. They 100% refused to fix their mistakes or offer any type of apology for it so I asked for a refund. They were unable to provide said refund so the driver refunded me out of her own pocket to correct the situation. When they could have easily just corrected their mistake. Terrible customer service to a point I don't think I've ever...

I'm one of those rare people who only order pizza a few times a year. I've always ordered the same thing - Philly Steak on thin crust - and have always enjoyed it. Yesterday repeated my habit and was so disappointed! The chipotle sauce had been diluted so that it had a consistency more like milk, good flavour but so runny. And the pizza - one single slice of steak per piece and I think I found one slice of mushroom on each piece as well, if I really looked for it. Tiny bits of peppers and a dainty covering of cheese. Good grief!

Sometimes you don't notice changes if you always order pizza, but for me as an occasional customer it was like night and day from last time.

I've heard great feedback from Me n' Eds Pizza and believe now is the time...

Do not order from this place. It's a couple of scruffy dudes. My order was missing the ranch dip, the chicken wings were raw, and my pizza did not have any sauce and was burnt. You will probably get sick from salmonella if you eat here. I ate 2 chicken wings and 1 slice of pizza. About an hour later I suffered sharp pains in my intestinal track followed by severe diarrhea. For the next 48 hours I was bed ridden with a high fever, hot and cold sweats, delusions, and chills. On the 3rd morning my fever broke and I was able to get myself to the washroom without having to use the bed pan. To this day when I drive that stretch of road I get flashbacks and I am now seeing a counsellor once a week...
