I mobile ordered here I got 3 foot longs all super light on all its ingredients I paid for bread at that point, one wasn’t cut in half, one was missing ingredients. I order everyday throughout different locations and this one being my first order at that store stood out too bad for me to have to write this. I called to complain about my order, after I told her this she said “well as we got your mobile order we got very busy” to which I replied “is ‘being busy’ an excuse for my sandwiches to come out bad and not given the same attention as it would if it wasn’t busy?” To which she back tracked and made some other excuse. I asked what could be done about this and she said “well the ingredients were all right but I’ll have to call you back to see what I can do” .. i literally called to confirm to you the ingredients were not correct and so light. I gave them my number, I get a call back saying I can come get new ones. This was a bad showcase of customer service, it’s one thing to mess up an order it happens, but to make excuses for it as I expressed my dissatisfaction for a meal I paid money for? This was on Saturday may 31st...

Fairly rude response.. "It means I put it in the fridge. When the night is over I put it in the fridge, do you want something else?" "Wha?" .. 11:03?
Huge all is lost sigh of dispair with Chuck Brown arms slumped, and she comes back with icy cold "hot" ingredients from the fridge..no steam, like it had already been in there for an hr, and begins to put it on the sandwich.

I'm sorry that you had to work 4hrs. Selfish to think that I could get a sandwich 1hr before the franchise closes at 13$ a foot. Fail more....
Read moreEdit: I went in on Saturday, January 8th 2023 at 10:00am and the lady informed me there was no bread. She said they opened at 8:00am and it wouldn’t be ready until 11:00am. No bread for 3 hours after opening is ridiculous, esp for a sandwich shop. She said it takes a long time for the bread to bake. If that’s the case, night shift should ensure there’s some for morning staff.
I’ve been going to this location for 11 years. I’m a regular and go in anywhere from 1-3 times a week. Though staff members change over time, they quickly recognize I’m a frequent visitor and make effort to learn my sub. One of the staff members begins as soon as she sees me pull into the parking lot! I love their service and while there have been some hiccups at times the owner is quick to rectify them....
