10 minutes in line with three people ahead of me. Not... the worst, but not great. 35 minutes wait, for a spicy big Mary. It was cold when I got it, improperly spiced and was missing the pickles. Not a spicy big Mary combo. Just the burger. It took them 35 minutes to improperly make a single burger. I didn't even bother complaining. This place is completely overworked, and the staff all look ruinously angry or like they're about to cry. The food quality is no, and I swear I can taste the sadness and stress in this sandwich.
Like forget the misbuilt food or the looming darkness of a crowd of grouchy people waiting longer for "fast" food than sit down restaurant food. You can come in here looking for your once in a while grease fried fowl meal, and leave feeling like a layer of your soul has been scraped off.
This place... sucks... but in a way that is such a sin, such a shame. Put them out of their misery, corporate, set these poor kids and the grouchy kitchen lady free, and...
Read moreI called in my order from The Glynmill Inn for delivery. This was in fact the worst order I’ve ever received from Mary Browns anywhere. Called in at approximately 4:45, delivered at the door at approximately. 6:15........considering a customer can order and pick up through the drive thru within 10 to 15 minutes I conclude that 1 and 1/2 hours for delivery is ridiculous since I had to pay $6.50 plus taxes for the delivery. This is what we received. I ordered 5 tenders, wasn’t asked what sauce I wanted so they gave me Louisiana Hot Sauce——-ewe! Ordered medium traders, NO SALT———they delivered 3/4 of a box of taders WITH salt enough to melt the snow that fell in town last night. I don’t understand for the life of me why they salt peoples potatoes, let people add their own salt, they’re adults for Pete sake. Too much salt is not good for anyone, let people choose for themselves if they wish to eat too much salt. Thanks to this meal, I won’t ever order Mary Browns again in...
Read moregreat food, bad service. i mobile ordered 2 different orders under the same account and went down to pick it up. i told the lady at the counter that i had a mobile order and i saw that it was in the warmer and she just replied with “we’re busy and understaffed right now so you’re gonna have to wait.” so i then waited 20 minutes for her to finally pass it to me. i then had to wait for my second order which was not ready. i waited an additional 10-15 for the second order so i told them that was what i was waiting for. the lady then rudely said “well that’s why it’s taking so long, you have them both under the same name. next time put them under different names”. the two orders were completely different, yet she blamed me for them not having it ready because they were both under one name. very unprofessional service. they obviously only looked at the name and not the order. when i got my 2 orders i then seen that they forgot the sauce i ordered and didn’t give me...
