Not sure we’re to even begin with this complaint lol but I will try. I ordered some food at 10:45 pm and was told my order will be ready at 11:05 (20 mins ) . I show up at 11:06 (21 minutes after ordering) to an empty building with no staff and fully closed. I called the call centre back where the agent said my order was canceled cause I didn’t show up lol. She said the store waited 20 mins for me to show up. I tried to explain to the agent that it’s against the laws of time for that to be true cause the order was only supposed to be ready 4 mins ago ant this point . And she kept saying there is nothing she can do as they waited over 20 mins and the store was closed . I kept asking her to please just look at a clock and you will see that it is impossible for them to have waited 20 minutes for me. Turns out the stores does in fact close at 11pm but they aloud my order to be placed at 10:45 anyway . So clearly the stores didn’t want to stay open the extra 5 mins. The agent didn’t even apologize took zero accountability for the massive inconvenience they cause me and even had the nerve to blame me for it lol. I used this store basically weekly but I will never give them another dime of my money again. It is both the store and the corporate call centres fault on this. They never should have aloud the order to be made if it was going passed the time of the stores operating hours , but it’s on the store as well for not staying open for 5 extra mins if they knew a customer was on the way. That being said I understand these are minimum wage people who probably don’t care to make a customer happy but at the very least could have called me (they had my number) and said unfortunately the store is closing and we won’t be able to make your order. At least that I could understand and would have been okay with. And one more thing after trying to explain how time works to the agent for 10 minutes I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was then put on hold for an additional 15 mins just to get a dial tone. I really just wanted someone to understand what happen but pizza pizza unfortunately just...
Read moreWell were will I start, I guess with the ordering. It was a special called the fix rate pizza 17.99 When we called we asked the agent if we could have a Donair pizza for that price as it was only for 4 toppings, he replied yes. So we ordered it, as the full price was going to be 20.68 I drive 10 mins out there and 10 mins back, so when I got there and walked in I was like oh no 🫣this do not look good. It was very dirty, the guy was wearing flip flops, no socks and ipods in his ear talking on his phone while customers in the store. When he rang me in he said he said 26.44 when I was told it would be 20.68 . So I called back and was put through customer service who said sorry for the inconvenience we will give you a store credit for 5.79 to be used in the store. Now really because I spent my money there they are giving back my money as a store credit. Do they actually think that I'm going to drive 10 minutes out there and 10 minutes back to spend $5.79. Not going to happen. So there was only 7 pieces of donair meat on the pizza I can really count them this is so sad know ppl are trying to treat themselves out once in a while and this happens 😕 So people I really do recommend you get your pizza somewhere you really know. Unless you want to get nothing for you dollar.
Michelle Five thumbs down for everything...
Read moreI used to come to this location often because the service was always great—the previous was very respectful and kind. However, this time was completely different.
When I went to place my order, the guy at the counter (I believe his name was Raza) was extremely rude. From the moment I started ordering, he made me feel as if I was dumb for asking questions about the menu. It was clear he didn’t want to be there, and when I asked for options, he was dismissive. The worst part was when he told me, “If you can’t decide, just leave the restaurant.”
When I mentioned his attitude, he didn’t care at all and even said, “You can go and complain to anyone you want—I don’t care.” That level of disrespect is unacceptable.
This is not the kind of service I expect from a place I used to enjoy. I hope management takes this seriously and trains staff on how to properly talk to customers. Until then, I won’t...
