Morning Manager is cruel - Experienced a very disheartening and unsettling situation on July10th: the manager of Tim Hortons (often works the take out window in the mornings), screaming at a panhandler from across the parking lot; belitting them in front of several customers, making them cry. Read moreThe staff are wonderful, very kind. Their food however doesn't have much of a selection, the display food is usually sold out or just not very great selection. Their drinks are not very good during rush hour, I'm not sure if I'm just the unlucky one who ends up with the bottom of the teapot every time I go or if they just don't clean their pots properly or often enough, but I my is always too strong or too weak, or has grinds in it, and sometimes it just tastes cold or gross.
