Disappointed Experience ā Missing Items and No Resolution
Last night, I decided to pick up some food from Burger King to make things easier on myself. Itās been a tough time lately after a recent loss in the family. My order number was #39. When I got home and opened the bag, I realized several things were missing: no straws, no marinara sauce for my mozzarella sticks, and no two bottles of water that I paid for.
I called the restaurant right away, but there was no offer to fix the issue ā no suggestion to deliver the missing items, even though I live only about six minutes away. I tried again the next morning during the opening shift, explaining that I wasnāt able to drive because I wasnāt feeling well and that I could really use those waters. I even joked that Iām one of those people who just canāt do tap water ā itās not my thing. Still, no one tried to make it right or offer a simple solution.
Usually, this location provides much better service, which makes this experience disappointing. I hope they take this as constructive feedback and return to the level of care Iām used to. Once they win me back, Iāll gladly update and...

I downloaded the app, give my email address and physical address then registered. Then I get notice they dont deliver so I drove down to the store and the same counter person that gave me the coupons said they dont deliver. I told her ok Ill save you the trip, Im here now and you dont have to deliver to me. She laughed and said no. I was going to that place atleast 4 times a week for breakfast so now they dont get anymore of my business over a $11.00 Wopper meal coupon they refused to honour. Essentially saying that $11 Wopper meal was worth more than the $40/week for undetermined amount of time along with the people seeing the reviews.
They gave out the coupons limited to delivery orders and they DO NOT deliver. Owner loses the customers, servers lose the tips and a manager thinks they made a sound...

First of all the woman I didnāt put my gravy on there and she apparently didnāt hear me say ākingāso they gave me a very small one patty, no bacon and 2 very very small onion rings that you donāt even see thru the bun. When I confronted they just said they didnāt hear that. I know I said it 3 times. No one said the woman was new. So I had to wait.. with now getting cold fries.
