We ordered from the Chef's Special menu.. Seafood mix with vegetables.. pan fried dumplings and sizzling beef with black bean sauce. All excellent. However. we also ordered the scallops and never got them. We got takeout honey garlic pork for hotel snacking.. and got some weird mystery meat that appeared to be doused in ketchup. The service was puzzling as we had to ask for plates and chopsticks. And no serving spoons! I know that most Northerers like buffets.. but never assume about people.We like a la carte! IDO NOT recommend this place. We went for dinner today, Sunday Aug. 29/21. First off I got my meal first and the lady practically threw the plates on the table. Then she took my friend's meal to the wrong table, and the customer took a bite out of it before she realized it wasn't her meal. The waitress bought the plate to our table, luckily the customer turned around and told my friend she took a bite out of it. The waitress wasn't happy she had to take the plate away. My friend who was angry at me for getting upset and commenting to the staff about the horrible food spent the night throwing up and sick. The dinner buffet was absolutely disgusting. The deep fried items were all over battered and saturated in oil and grease. The sweet and sour pork was soggy and seemed like it had been on the warmer all night and day. The only vegetable item on the buffet was half rotten soggy overcooked brocolli with a couple flakes of onion and nothing else. I wouldn't feed this food to a pig let alone a human being.
