Overpriced and bad portions.

What you receive is a small 9 x 6 box that's 80% filled with either rice or Chow Mein and then a small entre of your choosing tucked into the corner. What they do to make it seem like a large portion sizes is they place a couple pieces of the entre over the rice/noodles to make it appear like the box is half and half. It's extremely deceitful and clearly done intentionally to give you less for more. The opposite of what Americanized Chinese food is supposed to be.

This was easier to justify back in the early 2010's when a single entre meal would only cost $9.99 but nowadays with a single entre' meal being $16.99 it's hard to justify spending that kind of money for essentially a box full of rice.

I would be remiss to also not mention how comical it is that they try to sell you a bottle of water/soda for $4.50 when there's literally a dollar store 20ft away that sells cold drinks for $1.25-$2.00. Or how despite these outrageous prices, they are still too cheap to pay the fees for a Visa machine but also egregiously prompt there machine to ask for a tip when paying by debit.

I ordered three mains and side Kung pao chicken, beef vegetables, and sweet n sour pork with fried rice.

The fried rice was just one clump of tasteless rice. Literally had no taste from regular white rice. Consistency was like clumped mud.

One of the mains had MASSIVE CHUNKS OF VEGETABLES and three pieces of meat, I do not know what it was but the takeout box being filled by massive vegetables were such a cheap cop out.

Everything else was mediocre, I did not know the place I ordered from was from a food court.

I will not be ordering again.

The people who rave about this place must have extremely low standards and would not know what actual Chinese food if it bit them...

I have always loved this restaurant because food was pretty good until now. While eating this, I found plastic in the chicken. The chicken is legit plastic. I have phoned this restaurant and have informed them about this and they did not care about this issue. I wonder what else they have in their food. I am writing this review because I do not want others to go through the experience that I did. Please DO NOT eat from here. You are wasting your money and inviting plastic into your stomach. This may seem fake but it is not, there is PLASTIC in their chicken. Please do not come here for your own...
