Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Delta

Since last time I took a survey from pizza hut and received a validation code for buy-one-get-one free, I use this code to order a pizza today(2025.08.10), the staff said to use the validation code, I need to go with the receipt from the last time, therfore she said recently pizza hut has an activity for $1 more to buy the second pizza. In the end, she didn’t let me use the verification code to get the 2nd pizza free， but instead charge me an extra dollar. Today, I am not upset about the extra dollar I had to pay, but rather about the entire transaction not being conducted with integrity. Additionally, when they provided me with a validation code, they did not mention that the previous purchase receipt had to be presented upon use. Now, asking for it at the last minute makes me feel that the staff deliberately made an excuse to avoid honoring the discount I was entitled to, which I find disgraceful. Overall, I had a very unpleasant experience purchasing pizza at the store today. I hope pizza hut will further train their staff to ensure that the offers you provide to customers...

Ordered 2 medium pizza’s and the veggie lover pizza had a piece of cardboard inside it when we took our first bite. When we called the delta 120st location they were unapologetic and said “the pizza box cardboard often drops into the pizza it was probably that” as if that’s going to make us feel better about the disgusting cardboard piece. We were given another pizza free of cost but after a long conversation and even then she cut the call before even confirming the address. I had to call back to once again talk that over. This is seriously a fraser health concern and disheartening to see that workers aren’t even apologizing to customers before helping us out. If this was someone fighting in person I’m sure they’d get a free pizza + compensation for their time yet all we were offered was another pizza OR $10 credit. Like seriously?? $10 can’t even cover the cost of another pizza in the future what a petty response to a complaining customer. Pizza hut needs...

Wow! I just ordered and picked up From this pizza hut yesterday October 26th.. and I believe it was the manager ravi that had assisted me with my order and I was really blown away by the service I had recieved it was probably the best pizza hut i have been to as she had offered all the deals that was available to me and had also told me about the survey to participate in so for next time I can get a large pizza for free pizza the purchase of a pizza.. most ppl woulhink pizza hut is overpriced but if I was to reiceve this great of customer service experience along with great quality pizza it is definitely worth it. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to visit this pizza hut bc of the amazing quality and experience I had recieved from ravi! I really think she is awesome manager and holds this place together thank you...
