They never give the proper condiments or utensils for our delivery order's. We may order a lot of the free condiments and utensils but it's usually because we stay at an air bnb near by or hotel that doesn't have these things. So usually we are left eating our pancakes and whatever else with our hands. They never even provide syrup for the pancakes!
Every time I go through the drive through I get rushed through the ordering process. I can't even get one meal in before they tell me to go to the front window to pay!
Today, I asked if I could get half fruitopia and half sprite as a drink. She said no, so I needed a moment to process that and decide what my next move was. I then asked her if I could get 1 small cup half full of fruitopia and 1 small cup of sprite half full. She says yes she will just charge for a sprite. Then she says next window right away.
I said well I'm not done ordering...
She snickers and says "what you want?"
I deal with this lady EVERYTIME I go through the drive thru. She is rude, inpatient, and doesn't get the order right ever! She gave me frozen mcpops a few times stating they were still fresh.
This time I just told her that this location is effed up.
I come from customer service, I was trained very well to accomodate people's orders and to make them happy! Not just say no to them and be rude and rush them. Customer service is going down hill, EVERYWHERE. MANAGERS need to pay attention at their staff getting orders wrong, and how they are treating their guests. I'm sure more than 80% wouldn't be happy with their staff and what they are doing!
Also, HIRE MORE PEOPLE THAT KNOW HOW TO SPEAK , WRITE AND UNDERSTAND ENGLISH. WE ARE GETTING TOLD NO BECAUSE THEY1 DONT UNDERSTAND, 2ARE LAZY OR 3THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO DO SAID ACTION ON THE COMPUTER!
Hire better staff. Cause the one lady that works mornings, is ruining...
Read moreThis is one of the worst McDonald's around and that's saying something. Because of their central location they can slide at providing mediocre and inconsistent and incorrect service often. Anytime I have to come here, they almost never fail to disappoint. Always check your food to make sure it is right. Yes you probably have to Go as far as to count the amount of nuggets you got because you can't count on them to get it right. Expect service to take forever even when the restaurant is empty. You can go inside and stand at the cash register and somehow everyone is busy and not there because they expect you have ordered online or through the kiosk. And if you ever use something like curbside pick up service expect to wait over 20 minutes. This time I used curbside pickup and they didn't even bother to drop it off and when I went inside the order was sitting there, restaurant empty also. Nobody put two and two together. I usually don't call corporate headquarters but the ineptitude of this establishment and lack of proper management is so severe that I actually picked up the phone and dialed a number to complain. If you have to compel some people to phone up someone in 2024, you know how garbage this establishment is. The genius of the stupidity and ineptitude of this Scott road location genuinely is impressive. I'm glad that it's a garbage experience because then when my nephew asks for a happy meal I can more often than not tell him we're going to have a fruit and banana instead. I hope McDonald's corporate actually reads this and understands how truly unacceptable this location has...
Read moreDear McDonald's Customer Service Team,
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at one of your locations. On [insert date], I placed an order that included four items, one of which was a box of chicken nuggets. However, upon receiving my order, I noticed that the chicken nuggets were missing. I immediately contacted the store to resolve the issue, but the response I received was far from satisfactory.
Firstly, when I called to report the missing item, the person on the phone provided a service that I found to be unprofessional. Not only was the resolution unclear, but the individual did not communicate the order code audibly, making the situation more frustrating.
When I visited the store in person to show my receipt and explain the situation, the staff did not even take the time to properly listen to my concern. Instead, they reacted by criticizing me and were unwilling to address the issue. I expected better from a global brand like McDonald’s, especially in terms of customer service and professionalism.
While the missing item was valued at only $8, it is not the amount but the principle of customer satisfaction and trust that is at stake. I believe that paying for an item and not receiving it constitutes a breach of trust, and the unprofessional handling of this issue only compounded my disappointment.
I kindly request that this matter be looked into and resolved appropriately. I would appreciate a refund for the missing item and any necessary action taken to ensure that this type of experience is not repeated for...
