Pizza Factory — Restaurant in Delta

Today, I had worst experience with this store. I ordered 2 large pizzas. After I got home and had 1 slice each pizza I realized that pizza dough wasn't cooked through. I just didn't like the taste of dough it seems like either it wasn't cooked properly or proper receipe wasn't followed to make dough. So the worst part of this whole experience was that I called the store immediately to report it probably maximum 20 minutes after I picked it. First of all Lady who answered the phone started arguing with me instead of apologizing. On top of that she lied and said I'm calling after an hour and it wasn't even been an hour since I ordered. We have ordered pizza from here many times. Mainly because of the location. However, today was the last time. We ordered two pizzas with specific instructions for toppings. Both pizzas were made wrong and the lady proceeded to argue that I told her wrong toppings on the phone. She then said she made them both "mild" because she didn't hear me say medium spicy. I brushed it off because I wasn't going to argue especially when she is not wearing a mask. We begin eating the pizzas and literally they are both over cooked and hard to eat. There were little to no toppings, just browned-crispy cheese and hardened crust. Please note This for 92nd an 120th location on the Delta side. Other pizza Factory locations may be better operated...... Placed an order.. went to pick it up.. was not ready. While waiting i read a notice by the front door that this place was closed due to covid case. The notice did not mention any dates so I asked the lady that was making the pizza she replied that she dont know anything. She would not even talk to me properly or even look at me. Than i noticed she was making my pizzas without wearing any gloves or a face mask. At this point i was pissed and cancelled my order and went to another place. Will never go back to this place.
