Subway — Restaurant in District Municipality of Muskoka

I am very displeased with the service, with the Huntsville Subway locations. Mainly the one on the Main Street, King William Street. The staff, including the owner, refuse to offer a reasonable or regular amount of toppings on the subs. Many times I have asked for extra lettuce or extra pickles and they will literally add 3 more shreds of lettuce or one more pickle and I'll have to ask three or four times for them to add more, at which time they always get increasingly angry or displeased. I've been to many Subway locations in different towns and cities and this location is by far the worst I have ever come across. When a customer asked for extra lettuce or extra pickles or whatever the topping might be, they should receive it. But it's clear that the owner has instructed his staff to be as cheap as possible with the topics. As a fellow business owner I can understand the Financial constraints and issues. The girl name Sweni made my order. I have ordered online while i was in the store. She was making my sandwiches in front of me and was literally dumping everything on the one spot. I have requested very politely to spread it evenly on the sandwich. She was so so so RUDE, never listened to my request, i felt like she is giving me free food and does not even like her job at all or was racist to indian community being herself as an indian. After making the sandwiches she put our food on the counter and left at the back. Never called us to pick up. No napkins nothing. A white couple came right after us and she was behaving good to them. Clean Subway and subs tasted good,I'll give them that.The one star and why I won't return is the older gentleman,I think owner?
