Amberdo has quietly become one of my favorite parts of the day. After dropping my little one at daycare, this is where I land—for a bit of calm, a bit of focus, and a lot of comfort. The space itself is beautiful—thoughtfully designed, warm, and filled with a cozy, welcoming energy that makes it easy to settle in and stay a while. I often get the matcha latte (a personal favorite), and it’s consistently perfect—smooth, balanced, and crafted with such care. In fact, every drink they make feels that way: precise, delicious, and genuinely healthy. The pastries and sandwiches are equally great—fresh, flavorful, and satisfying without being heavy. Whether I’m working over breakfast or just pausing for a peaceful tea break, Amberdo offers something more than just great food and drinks—it offers a feeling of being looked after. The people here are incredibly kind and warm, and it shows in everything they do. It’s rare to find a place that feels both energizing and cozy at the same time, but this one gets it just right.

Amberdo is such a gem. The drinks and baked goods are always delicious, and the space itself is chic, bright, and spotless. Service is consistently warm and welcoming, and the owner is one of the kindest people you’ll meet, with a genuinely big heart (long story short, he made my father’s birthday extra special when I was sick and couldn’t be there). A perfect spot to support local and enjoy every time.

I absolutely loved this café! The coffee was amazing — rich, smooth, and full of flavor. Their Dubai chocolate almond croissant was out of this world — perfectly fresh and delicious. The customer service was outstanding; Sara and Parisa were both so kind, friendly, and welcoming. The atmosphere is cozy and elegant — definitely one of the best spots in North Vancouver. Highly recommend!
