I visit a McDonald's Every day without fail. The crew staff at this location are unprofessional and very poorly managed. I went to this branch near Canadian Tire with my colleague to order two Latte and one vanilla cone. After failing to place the order outside we walked in and sat at the only table available. The table was seriously dirty. I went to a lady with black eyeglasses and requested the table be cleaned. After a few minutes she did. We tried the app on my phone then my colleague's phone then my US phone. None of them worked. The app hung at the last step. I spoke to the taller Indian lady in light blue top (manageress). She suggested I connect to the wifi. I told her their wifi was down. She said no the wifi is working fine. I went back to our table and tried rebooting the phones. We again tried connecting to the wifi and failed. We tried placing thr orders again and failed. I asked the gentleman at the table next to us and he said he too was unable to get wifi. I went back and the tall lady asked me to speak to another lady Leanni V. Leanni also argued that their wifi was working fine. I brought all 3 phones and showed her the wifi indicated there's no internet connection. I also pointed to the man who said he couldn't get wifi. I asked Leanni to please restart their modem. She said: "I will see what I can do". She did nothing. So I ended up at the line up. A disgruntled man came in and cut into the line and told the staff his coffee had sugar and cream but he had ordered black plus his sandwich was cold. There was serious overcrowding, no ability to distance and there was no cashier! The cashier was preparing fries and packing food. So every time anyone including me needed to talk to someone, there was a long wait. Finally I paid cash for the beverages and the cone. I waited and waited and waited. The lady in eyeglasses noticed me and asked what did I need? I said we've been here for 40 minutes and our order of two Latte and cone was not ready. She went away and couple minutes later she brings back my duplicate receipt and says: "you only placed your order few minutes ago". I was angry now and told her we had had four interactions with staff about this order and placed the order because we had no choice. She went and prepared our order. Including the time at the drive through and inside the restaurant, we lost almost an hour. This branch gets the medal for delivering the worst...

I recently had the misfortune of subjecting myself to what can only be described as a Kafkaesque nightmare at McDonald's, where the simple act of ordering a meal turned into a mind-numbing ordeal that lasted an agonizing 25 minutes. I had heard of fast food, but this experience redefined the term in the most ironic sense.
Upon entering the establishment, one would expect a sense of urgency given the name plastered on every surface - McDonald's. However, it seems the only thing moving at a rapid pace was my growing frustration.
The journey began with the interminable wait in line, as the staff seemed to move in slow motion, almost as if they were participating in a torturous interpretive dance rather than serving customers. The concept of 'fast' was certainly lost on them, as they leisurely punched keys on the register, seemingly indifferent to the mounting impatience of the customers.
The real spectacle unfolded at the counter, where my order seemed to enter a black hole of inefficiency. A team of bewildered employees shuffled around like sleep-deprived zombies, fumbling with trays and bumping into each other with an alarming lack of coordination. It was a performance worthy of a horror movie, not a supposed fast-food joint.
After what felt like an eternity, I was handed a lukewarm excuse for a meal, the very embodiment of disappointment. One would think that after such an excruciating wait, at least the food would be a redeeming factor. Alas, the cold, limp fries and the tepid burger only added insult to injury.
It's baffling that a company synonymous with the term "fast food" could manage to botch the very essence of its existence. Perhaps they've adopted a new slogan - "McDonald's: Where Time Stands Still." If you're looking for a place to test the limits of your patience and savor the taste of mediocrity, this McDonald's branch should be at the top of your list. A 25-minute ordeal for a meal that can only be described as a culinary catastrophe ā an experience I wouldn't wish upon my...

My friend ordered skip the dishes pick up for myself and other friends. We one by one went in to pick up our food.
When it was my turn, I entered the restaurant and said hello to the teenaged/maybe early 20s? Girl at the first till closest to the entrance.
She scoffed at me, rolled her eyes, and then asked for my skip the dishes ID.
I literally had to tell her 3 times that I did not work for skip the dishes. Even then, she argued with me without looking into anything further. She then told me in the meanest tone that my order wasn't there and that she won't help me.
I left, told my friend what happened, and he went to the restaurant to confront her since he had the confirmation that the order was ready.
She gave him the same attitude, accused him of working for skip the dishes as well(3 times again, mind you), and then eventually her manager intervened and helped him. My order was ready, and cold at this point.
Oh my goodness, it was the worst customer service experience of my life. She was straight up MEAN?
I've worked in customer service for 10 years, and this was disgusting.
I know a chat with the manager will do nothing, so I thought I'd make this one public. Train your staff to be decent humans, because I had a rough day, was incredibly kind to her, and got the teenaged eye roll. My friend recieved the same service, so I'll assume this is how she treats everyone. Hire...
