BEWARE- Not franchise owners fault. Just poor and passive aggressive staff. We were told to pay for this app promotion online couldn't pay her directly. So we went online right in front of her speaking with her as we proceeded thru the steps. We then paid for :Buy 1 twelve inch promo- get the second for $1. So we paid this way- she walked up to cash register looked at receipt then placed it on counter. She then started making our two sandwiches. After she wrapped our 2 sandwiches- she told us you still owe for one. Then told us you need to click two promos online line- not one. She demanded we pay for the second sandwich. She acted stupid-claimed it was our fault for ordering it wrong- right in front of her and before she even made our sandwiches. Played stupid- blamed us for not being smarter when ordering wrong- misleading promo. "She said to me" I don't know m'am, it's ordering online- if you can't do that right - it's not my problem. She could've warned us to fix or cancel this online order before starting sandwiches . I'm sure we're not the only people to fall prey to this misleading promo. Is this what the world has come to- being conned and then mocked for being too stupid for falling for it. She knew our sandwich order right out of the gate as we asked if we could pay her instead. I'll never eat at this subway again. Mr Subway franchisee owner- Sharandeep Singh- talk to your staff. Demand a minimum level of customer integrity and kindness. The workforce you currently have is not helping your business succeed. I am local and live 3 blocks from your subway with two teenage sons and lots of friends. Bad idea. Staff was extremely rude, and literally talked into the glass while asking questions so it was near impossible to hear what they were saying. When customers asked them to repeat themselves they visibly rolled their eyes and said it at the same volume. Sandwiches were toasted without asking and the worker put a random sauce on mine without hearing what I wanted. Watched the worker cut a foot long bread into two six inch pieces and throw away a one inch scrap from one piece being too big, meaning someone else is getting cheated on their sandwich size. There was one male employee working and for some reason incapable of following instructions even with a tip included. I ordered 4 subs for my family, all assembled almost purposely awfully, missing multiple toppings and tastes old. If you order online and pick up, expect the wrong bread, off tasting food, multiple missing toppings and sauces.
