I love couscous but my recent visit in original store with new server was really bad. I ordered coconut bubble tea with extra sugar as its taste a bit plain compare to new store. But I noticed that she add huge amounts of ice and mix too long

So when I had first sip, it tasted so bland and not edible for me. I requested to add more sugar, she asked another man in the store and she said “he said i can’t”. I explained that I come coucou very often and this is quite tasteless to consume. But she kept saying “ I already made it so you have to take this” So I just threw it out. We had a bad experience here with very rude service and drinks that tasted so poor they were impossible to consume. First, the worker openly ignored us at the counter and we had to wait 10 minutes to get served - there were no other customers . When the worker approached the cash register, she just looked at us without saying a word and appeared very annoyed. Such a cute little quaint cafe. I was reading the review and they were saying the lattes and mocaccinos are smooth to drink. The oat milk latte did not disappoint. I did not expect the drink to be so smooth and rich. You get the rich flavor of the coffee but it's so smooth so you don't taste the bitterness. I also had a lavender latte once before, that was amazing. Not everyone likes lavender flavor so maybe opting for a regular latte first is better.
