The jollof rice here is delicious and the portion sizes are generous, which I truly appreciate. However, I believe there’s room for improvement in customer service and order fulfillment. Although it’s advertised that they’re available on Saturdays from 1 pm, I’ve called several times and no one picks up, and Uber Eats often shows them as closed. Unfortunately, my orders have been canceled five times, which can be quite frustrating while it shows open on the google profile. I even placed a call confirming if they would be opened and they said yes. I share this feedback with kindness and understanding, knowing how challenging it can be to run a business. But in Canada, consistency and structure are key to earning people’s trust and becoming their go-to choice.
