I attended a special Iranian ceremony at this restaurant, but unfortunately, the experience was not pleasant. The restaurant had oversold tickets for the event, resulting in overcrowding and discomfort. Upon arrival, we had trouble finding parking as the designated spots were already full.
The restaurant was unable to keep up with the number of guests, and we didn't see any staff members attending to the tables. Consequently, dirty dishes and trash piled up quickly, making the environment unpleasant. To make matters worse, the music was turned up too loud in the end, which felt like the restaurant was trying to rush us out.
Suggestions for improvement:
Capacity management: The restaurant should ensure that the number of tickets sold matches the restaurant's capacity, preventing overcrowding and discomfort for guests.
Staff management: Adequate staff should be available to attend to tables, clean up, and ensure the overall smooth running of the event.
Parking management: The restaurant should have a parking management system in place, such as a valet service or a nearby parking lot.
Music management: The restaurant should monitor the volume of the music, ensuring that it doesn't become too loud, creating discomfort for guests.

Read moreVery good service, nice staff, good quality!!! We got “Kebab kubideh” and “Chenjeh”. The “Chenjeh” was very tasty and juicy. This original taste of kebab which you can’t find easily in other Iranian restaurants. It was well-cooked and the smell was good too. The green salad was included on the meal(sometimes a soup/ash is included) And after the meal we were served with a glass of tea. By the way, we ordered home-made processed olives (zeytun-parvardeh) which i think is a must , with kebab. About the ambient : Big but yet cozy. Iranian pop music was playing, the restaurent decoration is beautiful and clean (red and white), a beautiful green view by the window at one side, and there is a big bar. (you can not bring your wine) Although it is located in west island ( a little bit far), but it was totally worth it. I definitely recommend it to meat lovers &...
Read moreA hidden gem in West Island! We had an incredible night in Panera Select. First of all, the owners are super polite and friendly and they welcome you personally when you enter! They serve the food themselves as well. They have mainly Persian food including several type of kebabs. The food is really good (specially Chenjeh) and you can have free soup and tea as much as you want. The price was very reasonable. On fridays they have live music and people dance after dinner, really fun! I would absolutely go there again and recommend it to others. Just a comment for the owners if they read this, the music was a little loud. I would suggest more relaxing music with a...
