McDonald's — Restaurant in Dryden

Coming up to the speaker was like we invonvieneced them. We ordered even though the girl sounded annoyed just from us pulling up. So we ordered two spicy habenaro chicken burgers and a large fry the girl told us to pull up to the second window to pay we did so and then we were waiting for our food mind you this was at 10pm so when they told us we had to pull forward because the chicken for the burgers needed to be cooked we did so and we waited a good 10-15 minutes. Even then, when they brought our food, we said thank you and left it was until we got home not even 5 minutes away the chicken burgers were not fresh the fries were cold and gross but it was the chicken that did it for me. It was hard and stale it was like they just took two old chicken burgers and reheated them in the microwave and made us wait to make it look like they had actually cooked them. I still haven't learned when I order from this location that there is always something incorrect on my order. I ordered an Everything Egg BLT Bagel extra value meal with No Butter and No Mayo. Well, I take my order, drive to a friend's place to go out fishing, I jump in the vehicle, open my order. No Egg on my sandwich, just Bacon, Tomato and Lettuce. This is not the first time my orders have been incorrect, either something is on my order I ask to exclude is still included or something is excluded that is expected to come on the order.

When you receive your order from this location, open everything to make sure the order is correct.

Update: I filled out the survey on the receipt to advise the store about their error, left my info for a callback. A manager called back, apologized for the error and provide me with a replacement meal the following day when I was back in Dryden.

I stopped twice on my way to and from Thunderbay both times were the worst service I've had at a McDonald's. I ordered online and went in to pick it up. It wasnt very busy but the were customers waiting to have their order taken. There were 5 employees standing in the front behind the counter all talking to each other completely ignoring the costumers clearly waiting to have their order taken. It took 15 minutes for them to finally make my order of an ice cream and a apple pie after I had to ask them if it was coming. The entire time the employees stood around talking to each other not working. When they went to make other people's orders they weren't wearing any gloves and didn't wash their hands. When I finally got my order my pie was completely cold. I am extremely unimpressed with the service especially considering it's virtually the only McDonald's between Thunderbay and Winnipeg.
