Service was excellent start to finish, ladies at the front greeting & our server were very kind & welcoming, unforchinitly the food was not, which is why paying customers go to establishments. We ordered the dry rib appetizer & was quite disappointed, they were extremely overcooked and the oil they were cooked in gave them the burnt dirty taste. Main dishes were Chicken Souvlaki Wrap which had very little to the imagination with only a small spoon full of taziki & 12 small piece’s of red onion (no tomato due to allergy) & super soggy dripping wet chicken pieces/slices, for the price one would have expected fresh lettuce & feta fully loaded true Greek style, but this was slapped together with minor ingredients. Second item was Fish & Chips, the fish had more batter then actual fish & again the burnt dirty oil taste to it. Shockily the fries were the better part of the entire meals, possiably cooked in a separate fryer & maintained/cleaned regularly for freshness. We were excited to here visit since the new take over & remodel, gave it a try & sadly won’t return as the value isn’t there. Best of luck to them in there business we hope them well, Resturaunt is a tough industry.

Absolutely choked that after being a loyal customer since their reopening all of a sudden our address is just outside their delivery area, when did I find this out? When I placed an order and didn’t receive a call back until 15 minutes later that they are cancelling my order. Conveniently, I can get delivery from all of the big box pizza places but when I try to support something locally owned and operated, it’s a no go, and people wonder why these businesses are going out of business. At least large corporations have a standard customer service that’s relatively consistent and while they may not be perfect, at least I can get a freaking pizza. But here’s a kicker when I use the map function it says that they are 8.8 km away from my house And they say there maximum distance is 10 km. I get it, it’s just pizza, but we have limited Options in this area and it was nice to have a locally owned option.

5 stars. My friend and I went to the cowichan estuary for a day of bird photography and we dont know Duncan that well. We ironically chose Romeos because the traffic was horrendous and we would be staying on the side of the highway we wanted. Menu looked good so thought we would give it a go. She had the Gyro I had the chicken souvlaki wrap. Both were freaking delicious. Greek salad on the side- delicious. French fries- HUGE and delicious as helllllll. Everyone was very nice and friendly. Espresso martinis were good. Not a 10 out of 10 but if youre like me and live where there's no restaurants that do an espresso martini..youre happy nonetheless. Thank you for a great first experience- cant wait to try the lasagne lol.

Tonight I was visiting a friend who decided to order pizza for dinner. She called Romeo's and asked me to pick it up.

She requires gluten free pizza crust and, when she was making the phone order, I definitely heard her specify one gluten free and one regular, several times. She has celiac disease and requires gluten free. If she eats wheat gluten, like in a regular crust pizza, she gets very sick.

When I picked up the two pizzas at Romeo's I asked which one was gluten free and was told the pizza box was marked GF.

It wasn't. When I got back with the two pizzas both pizzas were regular crust and there were no markings on the boxes.

My friend called Romeo immediately to ask for a GL pizza to replace one of the regular crust pizzas we had been given and was told we had to bring back both pizzas in order to get a gluten free replacement. That was impossible because I had already eaten about half of the regular one.

The Romeo's staff made a major issue of "we're not in the business of giving out free food." In this case, they should have rectified their mistake but the Romeo's staff gave us some major flack on the phone before finally agreeing, very reluctantly, to replace one of the regular crust pizzas with a gluten free crust pizza.

I had to drive back again to pick up the gluten free pizza. While at Romeo's the staff told me that my friend had not specified "gluten free" when she ordered the pizza. She had, several times; I heard her do it.

Romeo's staff denied they had made a mistake and seemed to think they were doing us a major favour by rectifying their mistake.

After all this the pizza was merely average. There are definitely better pizzas available in Duncan.

After tonight's experience I won't be going back to...

Super friendly customer service. From ordering to picking up. The service was fantastic. However, the food is lacking in flavour and taste.

The chicken wings were dry, and sad. We had honey garlic and sweet Thai chilli wings, which we were super excited about and the sweet Thai chilli wings had zero taste. Just plain chicken wings, either someone forgot to do their job or those are the weakest wings we’ve ever had. Now let’s get to the pizza.

Maui Luau- This pizza was loaded up. It had a great crust, and decent taste. However, it lacked the teriyaki taste which they claimed it would have. But a an alright pizza.

Meat lovers- This pizza was the one I was looking forward to. Nothing beats a delicious meat lovers pizza, while watching the final series of the Stanley Cup. This pizza however, fell short on what a meat lover is. The Italian sausage was weak in that beloved sharp kick it should have. Not sure what kinda of pepperoni they use. But it made me think that they don’t know quality when it comes to ingredients.

Pepperoni- We ordered the this pizza because it’s my mother in-laws favourite pizza, and to me it tells you a lot about a pizza place. If they make a solid classic pepperoni. However, with great disappointment. This pizza was beyond greasy and they most have used the same pepperoni as the meat lovers cause it too was bland.

For the cost of what this place charges for pizza and wings. I would avoid it and spend your money at a papa Johns or even a panago’s. You’ll get way more quality for your money. Will not be...

Went there today. Haven't been in a while. Used to go as a high-schooler 30 years ago.

We were out for a carb-load prior to a big ride tomorrow so I ordered spaghetti and meatballs. Waitress clearly got the order wrong because I got meat sauce but no meat balls. So I called over a waitress and explained who then brought me two meat-balls, the amount of meat balls for an add-on but not the three meat-balls with the menus item. When I explain I'm told "the kitchen says only two meat-balls are normal" but that's not what the menu says.

the menu says : Spaghetti & Meatballs Signature meat sauce, three house-made meatballs & asiago cheese

So I told them take the meal back and I'll pay for it. They come back and say, as if doing me a favour, that the meal has been deducted from the bill.

That's it. No real explanation or attempt to make amends, no "we're sorry but we hope you'll come back". Just made to feel like an unreasonable customer. Our dinner was ruined, I still left a tip, but I'll never be back and I'll be sure to spread the story.

And by the way, the spaghetti looked hard, but i never tasted it. If i could give zero stars I would, but I have to give them one. Poor service and total apathy from...
