Read moreThis was our 3rd or 4th time eating here, and it's going to be our last. There were two women working; the first asked only my husband what he wanted, didn't ask me. I stood there for a few mins and then just finally told her myself. When we had gone to other burrito places in the past, and they always assembled both at the same time, but for some reason here they make one at a time (which honestly just wastes time). A third customer comes in, and the second woman working there starts helping her (when she should've been helping me if the first one was incapable of doing so). Meanwhile, I'm standing there being completely ignored. The first woman finished with my husbands burrito and then said, "did you want something too?" ... yes, of course I did. I placed my order, and when we are done we are just standing there waiting to pay. She went to the back again (at this point she's done this multiple times). The second woman is now done with the third customers order and starts ringing her up. I say, "I haven't paid yet for mine" trying to hint that she should ring up mine first, but instead tells me to wait for the other woman. To me, she should've been able to ring through our order first, and then the other customers. You know, first come, first serve. Other major issues with this place: The amount of toppings are a joke. When someone asks for jalapeno on the largest burrito and they get three slices and then 10 pieces of corn, it's ridiculous. A regular and large for some reason both had the same amount of meat. I didn't get beans, because the beans here are disgusting, so I should've gotten more rice (and it should be an...
Read moreCan you go half a star?? I would if I could. First and last time for this place. First thing I asked after looking at the menu was, "do you have chorizo?" They looked at me as if I was an alien and they had no idea what chorizo was. How does a "fresh Mexican grill" not know or serve chorizo??
My girlfriend ordered 3 jerk chicken tacos. The meat tray had enough for 1 maybe 2. Instead of waiting for the other girl who was in the back getting more, she spread this disappointing meat portion over 3 expensive tacos. Just like the previous comments on here, toppings are a joke and I felt like I was holding a soggy ball of meat instead of a burrito.
The $5 chips and guac was also disappointing. When she handed over the tiniest bag of chips, we literally thought she was joking. The 2 tablespoons of guac was also very bland.
Save your time and money, go to Mucho Burrito instead. They know what...
