Several Gluten free options clearly outlined in menu (look for the green G💚) and most of their stuff is MSG free which is a huge bonus for brain health and a testament to truly good flavor in their food (more on MSG below). I had the gluten free vermicelli, gluten free spring rolls and they modified the salad rolls to be gluten free. Very tasty 😋. Dipping sauce was great. Second time around I tried the gluten free shrimp curry noodle soup and it was delicious albeit a bit spicy 🔥. 🅿️🚗 Plenty of parking all around the building. 👩‍🦽♿ Wheel chair accessible door. 🪑 Comfortable seating, warm temperature. Clean. Very pleasant. 🥤The waiter was friendly and service was 4/5 only because she took a bit to pick up the dishes and I had to go to the counter to ask for the bill 🧾. But she was on her own and it got busy...she could have used some help. MSG is an excitotoxin for the brain. MSG makes food taste more flavorful and addicting which is why most pho, Chinese, Vietnamese places use it - it's a cheap way for restaurants to hack your taste buds on low quality food, rather than spicing it correctly. PhoEver said they don't use MSG, and my family member is sensitive to it. If they had lied, we would have known. So they are honest and make truly good food.

I gave this place three different chances and received terrible service each time. I asked for Vietnamese iced coffee, but was given coca-cola instead. No apology or offers to correct the mistake and I ended up having to pay for the wrong thing anyway. Last time we went, we ordered Three Colours but the server lady misheard and gave us pho instead. We said we did not want the pho, but the pho was just packed up to-go and was added to the bill anyway. Why should I have to pay for something I did not order? No apology or anything. The service here was so bad, and it was every single time we went. Maybe the server should write the orders down so this doesn’t happen again. I had high hopes for PhoEver, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The food was bland, overpriced, and below average. To make matters worse, the bad food was accompanied by terrible customer service on multiple occasions. I was hoping for a delicious and authentic Vietnamese meal, but instead, I was left with a tasteless and unsatisfying meal that wasn't worth the high price tag. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a quality dining experience.

Clean friendly atmosphere. Spacious. We ordered green onion cakes, a 6 color vermicelli bowl, pineapple chicken fried rice and Japanese green tea. The speed the food came at made sense for the quality, which was great. But the service didnt feel slow. The green onion cakes were light, fluffy, crispy and a good size. The vermicelli bowl came with a good amount of ingredients and sauce . They gladly gave us more sauce when we asked which was super nice. The pineapple chicken was really well textured and had a good mix of vegetable. I would have liked it to be a bit more pineappley but that's ok. The tea was tea which is always delicious. It was bagged. The tables have red spicy sauce, hoisin, and sambal olek for you to mix.

I’ve always been a customer at this place. I usually have this young asian guy to help me and he was fantastic. I eat here and I always tip! I even encourage my friends to eat here. Today, I take everything back.

Today was different. I came in and an older woman was helping me. She was rude. When i ordered, she walked away fast and I haven’t even finished telling her my order. She’s definitely profiling me as someone who orders 1 thing.

What made me super mad that lead to me posting this review is my experience with their wifi connection. Yes, WIFI.

I sat by the booth where they have charging station which I assume is for people who’s intention is to work there (why would they put it there if not? ) That’s me. I have planned my afternoon to work on some things while eating pho and sipping my vietnamese coffee. I plan to leave at a specific time.

I was writing an event post on Facebook and suddenly my post disappeared because my connection was lost. Someone INTENTIONALLY removed my WIFI CONNECTION. I LOST MY WORK BECAUSE OF THIS. Such a poor mannered type of customer service.

I have always been a customer here so everytime I go in, i don’t have to ask for the wifi password, i just get connected. My wifi got disconnected and ASKED ME FOR ANOTHER PASSWORD. CLEARLY, they removed my connection with their intention to let me leave the restaurant. I’ve only been in the place for less than an hour.

I was pretty disappointed so I confronted the old woman serving me about it. She acted super guilty. She said “it happens all the time, even at home. I will check it.” Yeah Right.

Anyways, Based on this terrible customer service, i will not go back to this place and I will tell my connections about this experience as well. All customers should be treated equally. All service offered should be given with a full heart. I hope they don’t do this to all...

Tried this new restaurant for the first time March 28, 2018. What an awful experience. Cannot recommend!!! Will not eat here again.

SERVICE

Terrible slow service. 2. Asked for water and the waitress, an older Asian lady said "okay, Later". 3. Ordered pad Thai and glass noodles and 3 appetizers - mango shrimp salad, shrimp cream cheese puffs and spring rolls for 2 young adults, a teen and an adult for a light lunch. The waitress said rudely are we eating for fun because we only ordered one full dish. 4. She crossed out the pad Thai we ordered when we ordered glass noodles assuming we only wanted one noodle dish (we wanted both). 5. We had to ask the chef for water. 6. The waitress never returned to ask how the food was. 7. One waitress for 9 tables. Half the tables sat dirty. And finally 8. It is appropriately named PhoEver... Because you will wait FOREVER for your food, for water, for your Bill, and for good service. Over 40 minutes for noodle dishes. Seriously unimpressed.

FOOD AND TASTE

Small servings. Expensive prices. The cream cheese shrimp won tons taste ok but for $9 you get 5 little won tons and the shrimp is so sparse it looks like one single little shrimp was cut to share the pieces between all 5 of the won tons. The glass noodles were disgusting, chewy and a terribly squid ink color. The squid was overcooked and not chewable. The pad Thai was bland. The spring rolls tasted like frozen grocery store ones.

Would not...

Staff and manager attitude are very mean. I order 1 pho and 2 small appetizer and they charge me like 45 dollars

Additional base on what the store replied: I was here a few weeks ago, as what I remember after tax and tip for the staff it’s near 45 dollars.

Putting that aside on that day I saw the manager scold over a staff in Vietnamese. I felt bad for her that why I tip her after, even tho she seem very unfriendly and not happy at all (for this I think other comments here are on the same page with me, most of bad reviews are about staff attitude so instead of asking me you should try to treat your staff better so they can provide us better service).

Also after I visit this place, my friend who used to apply for job here told me that you guys didn’t give the server any tips at all, so it strange if you said the employee doesn’t have any reason to be unfriendly to customers cause they received tips from the customer?

In conclusion, I think I made a mistake in provided too little details about what I dislike since it was a while ago and the tips was me willing to give the staff but it true that the price are pretty overpriced with very little topping. However, that doesn’t mean you should deny and refuse to be better like what you replied to me. Reading your reply make me even more disappointed...
