Do NOT buy the Take-Home Taco Kit. $60 for 15 taco shells and barely enough meat to fill 9 of them, what a rip-off. You're far better off going to the grocery store and assembling your own, or even grabbing Costco’s kit for a fraction of the price and better value.
When I went back to the store to question the portion size, the employee confirmed it was correct, and proceeded to rescoop fresh chicken into a new container. Even after rescooping, it still looked like far less than expected. She placed the original container on the back counter and claimed she’d throw it out, but who knows if that actually happened or if it was reused for someone else. I asked to take it with me since it had been in my vehicle and I didn’t want it to go to waste, but she said no. I would have satisfied with a few extra scoops and an explanation for next time, but instead she decided to waste a whole container of meat.
This location used to be fantastic, I had great experiences the first dozen times, but the quality and service have gone downhill significantly.
Bottom line: Don’t waste your money. Spend it somewhere that values...
Read moreWe usually really like Bar Burritto however this last time we went it was not up to the regular service. When we walked in at 745 - the restaurant is open until 9, the bar stools were lined up from the door to the counter in a row almost like it was closed. When we ordered the first burrito we were asked brown or black beans and we asked for brown and that was good, but when asked which beans we wanted for the second burrito we asked for black to which we were immediately told "actually we don't have any more black beans". That was the same response we received when we asked for guacamole - we don't have any more. Then when we paid for our order of 2 burritos, 2 fish tacos, a quesadilla and a drink we were told "we are out of bags". How do you run out of everything when you are still open for 1 and a quarter hours. There must be stock in the back? We believe it to be laziness. After we got home we realized that one of the burritos was on whole wheat - not white as requested. So maybe running...
Read moreWould recommend avoid this location, they grab ingredients with one glove instead of using designated spoons for each ingredient, then when that get brought to employees attention I was spoken to with attitude " I've been here 8 months and since then we've never used any stone for anything, that the owner knows that's how they serve.....
Grabbing hand full over chopped tomatoes, corn, cilantro, onion and green peppers is very unprofessional ; give a dirty perspective when dealing with people food.
The whole time I was spoken to as if it was rush hour and getting rushed to pay then leave. ( keep in mind we were the only people in that restaurante that whole time)
Spend just under 40 bucks to be treated like a number and not a customer..... no thank I'll take it to mucho burrito maybe their food doesn't come with attitude and poor...
