Upon entering, we were warmly greeted despite the busyness, making us feel instantly valued. I informed the server that my mom would be arriving in a wheelchair. As soon as my mother arrived with my sister, I went to assist them. A chair was promptly moved at our table to accommodate the wheelchair.
Throughout our meal, the servers were not just attentive, but they also anticipated our every need, making us feel truly cared for. When it was time to pack up, their meticulous care was evident. They placed our leftover soups in plastic bags, secured them in plastic containers, and provided a sturdy reusable bag, showing their attention to detail and our comfort.
The service we received was exceptional, demonstrating true dedication and integrity. When we left, two servers helped us to the car. Such outstanding service is rare these days. Bravo, Delicious Pho! Your food is amazing,...
Read moreI LOVE #41 at this place! I order it on a regular basis too. BUT ... Last Friday I was on my way to work and wanted to call in a pick-up order. My phone ran through 12 cycles (that's 120 rings!) of ringing with no answer! I arrived at the restaurant and as I walked in I dialed again ... there was not phone ringing inside. Next night - and this time I was suppose to pick up dinner for my crew - SAME THING. However, after the 5th series of ringing ... forget it - took my money somewhere else, which turned out to be the West Edmonton Mall location. How does a business run when someone in there is turning off the ringer? That's Strike #1 from me. Three strikes and you're gonna be OUT, Delicious Pho - I don't care how great...
Read moreWe ordered through skip and had ordered pho and the pork chop with shredded pork and fried eggs. Where do I even start.... my basil leaves, I had one steam with a few leaves and most of the others were plucked off (most likely they reused another tables scrap). The pho broth.. it was bland, most likely they use the same broth for a majority of their soups and put in the instant cubes to bring some of the soup flavour you ordered (I.e pho cube, bun bo hue). The pork chop was not grilled like it usually is but put in a deep fryer which made it dry and oily taste. We were also missing the shredded pork (bi). Ended up throwing our food away and ate somewhere else. I donât know if itâs because itâs the end of the night and they were rushing but you couldnât give me free food for life and Iâd come back! ...
