Good service, with courteous and friendly staff. Pricing is somewhat high compared to other fast food joints, and their menu is done up in a way that seems deliberately confusing about combo pricing since the info on such isn't a consolidated price like almost everywhere else but it's visible two screens over as add on pricing.
Additionally, it is saddening to see processed cheddar cheese on a $2.99 burger (the '56 Buddy Burger), especially with all the marketing about having wholesome ingredients and none of this none of that marketing angles.
Beyond that, burgers were quite tasty, with fluffy buns, but such a disappointment to have a lower quality cheese instead of a proper slice of cheddar on a $3 burger. Thankfully their other products like the '56 Papa do not have this shortcoming.

A customer started talking so rudely to the staff at the front just because they couldn’t serve him his drink with ice. The employee calmly explained that it’s against their policy. The man didn’t want a frosted mug either and acted like it was the worker’s fault. Honestly, the employee handled the situation with so much patience and professionalism even though the customer was clearly being disrespectful. It’s frustrating to see people lash out at workers who are just doing their job and following company rules. The food and service were both great, but seeing someone treat a hardworking employee like that was honestly heartbreaking.
