Booster Juice — Restaurant in Edmonton

The service here really sucks. This is coming from someone who deals with customers for work a lot and I’ve never been so rude to anyone. I walked in and politely said “hello, how are you?”. The two girls behind the counter looked at me with blank faces and then they turned away. I just walked to the counter and waited to have my order taken. Honestly, it was incredibly rude and humiliating. Then they spent the next few minutes talking about me in a language they didn’t know I would understand. I was just in a hurry on my way to work and needed a snack, so I didn’t say anything. I won’t be back. As I was walking out, I heard them politely greet another customer walking in so I have no idea what the problem was when I was talking to them. I went into Booster Juice at Millwoods TC to get a Hail to the Kale which contains Kale, apples, lemon, ginger, basil. The lady who works there put all apples and a few pieces of Kale. I asked her why it wasn’t green and tastes just like apple juice, she said the recipe contains apples. I can get apple juice anywhere honey. I don’t need to come to booster juice to get “apple juice.” I left my drink for them to dispose of. I wasted my money and will never go to booster juice again. The last time I got a spinach is in it, it didn’t contain any spinach. Even after a customer complains nothing is done to resolve the situation. Just poor customer service. i have purchased SO many drinks from this location, twice i have had an incident with the incompetent owner/manager Dhaval. he essentially called me a liar and would not accommodate errors they had made. i later called the store, i asked him if this was Dhaval (it was, he has a very distinctive voice) and in his limited knowledge of the English language, said "he is not in right now." unbelievable! a liar on top of it all! i will NEVER go to this location again thanks to him. i hear jugo juice is opening a location nearby... guess where my hard earned money is going? booster juice's customer service at this location was atrocious. deal with the service issue (Dhaval) and you have my business and all the people i have told and will continue...
