Panago Pizza — Restaurant in Mill Woods

Store called me to say their delivery driver was waiting outside to hand this order to me.

When I placed my internet order, I chose contactless delivery and pre-paid as I did not want anything handed to me due to COVID concerns. I instructed the store rep, on the phone, to have their driver ring the doorbell and leave my order on the doorstep (contactless delivery).

My video doorbell confirmed the delivery driver did not attempt ringing the doorbell. My entire order was left stacked in front of the door making it impossible to open the door without knocking over all but the last box in the pile.

When I called back the store rep to complain about the stacked order left in front of the door, the rep repeatedly spoke over me without making any attempt to comprehend the issue or offer any kind...

Panago had a customer appreciation day on Sep 23, 2025 for $5 pizzas but you had to walk in. When I arrived at 7:30pm to pick up my pizza this location told me they do not participate. What a waste of a trip. So I asked the worker who does participate and she told me the one in the Meadows. I decided to call the main phone number just to make sure and found out they only appreciate customers up till 4pm and there were not that many restaurants participating in it anyways. What a let down and talk about having to read the fine print! Unimpressed. I will not be supporting panago any more after this...

It was my first time ordering at this location and I was Disappointed.

We ordered 3 pizzas and ALL of them were way to long in the oven, really dark. The reason I do not give them 1 star is simple. Everyone makes mistakes once in a while and I hope that they will read my review and try to do better next time. Additionally one person in our group enjoyed the burned pizza haha.

Everyone knows panago, besides the fact that the pizza was really dark, it did taste like every other mediocre pizza out there. Nothing special but also nothing really...
