We recently ordered delivery (by BP) several times over about 4 weeks. Sometimes our food was hot, sometimes cold, sometimes something was forgotten (like a salad). But often the order wasn't right. Like last time. Ordered the build your own pasta dish - spaghetti with tomato sauce and cheese. Got cold, dried out spaghetti with a smudge of their sour-tasting marinara sauce (photos of how dry). It was inedible. When placing that order, we'd asked to speak to the manager about how frequently the person answering the phone automatically puts customers on hold, then "forgets" for over 15 minutes. We had called from different numbers over the weeks (just worked out that way, wasn't planned) and each time we hung up after 10 to 15 minutes on hold. Any time of day. Manager apologized, and said that this order of spaghetti and tomato sauce order would be free and we said it wasn't necessary, but thank you. (On speakerphone). When delivered, it was full price. Driver called manager, who said tiny cheese cup was free, not the spaghetti. The spaghetti that was supposed to come with tomato sauce and cheese... that cheese was free, and for once not on the food item it was supposed to be on. Uh huh. We weren't trying to get anything for free, just ask for better employee training re: answering phones. Instead we paid for the wrong order that was disgusting. Phoned back. Got put on hold. Gave up. Threw away "food". Won't order from this location again. There are literally thousands of restaurants in the city, including several other BP locations, but this restaurant doesn't seem to grasp that. We did go in in person (not this year), but left after waiting over 45 minutes for someone to take our order. That's why we went with delivery this year. (One new year's resolution is to stop letting other people...
Read moreAbsolutely terrible experience. We decided to go out for Father's day (my husband and I). We sat in the bar section. We sat at the TV viewing bar which was sticky (not a big deal), we moved a few seats over. We were "greeted" by Ashley (the only one working the bar area). Ashley gave off angry vibes from the start. We browsed the menu for drinks and my husband asked her what kind of beers they had, she said they only had coors light, canadian and guiness on draft. My husband asked her if they had any bottles or cans to which she quickly and rudely replied NO. It was unbelievable to think that a Boston Pizza on Father's Day had NO selection of beers. I ordered a drink while my husband asked for a water while he tried to figure out something else to drink. He figured since it's Boston's pizza specialty he would order a fishbowl. He asked for the Spiked Lemon Tea Fishbowl. To which Ashley replied that she couldn't make it as they didn't have any "slush". Funny thing is that fishbowl doesn't even come with slush. If this wasn't enough, she proceed to sell multiple other customers bottles and cans of beer (stellas and bud lights in bottles). We also saw that there was corona on tap as she served yet another customer. She walked around the bar being loud and looked frustrated to be working there. At one point she threw one of the bar menus into a dirty recycling bin, realized her mistake and proceed to pull it out and stick it was with the other menus on the bar. We don't know what we could have done to receive this type of service as we do not know this individual nor have we visited this Boston Pizza before and we...
Read moreMy team and I went there on Saturday and had an absolutely terrible experience. I called 10-15mins prior to warn them that there will be a large group of us coming, we showed up and the ladies up front had absolutely no idea. I didn’t get our servers name as she was not wearing a name tag, didn’t introduce herself or even hand us the bill, but she was pregnant if that narrows it down. She never came around and asked for drink refills at all, we had to find her and ask her ourselves. Also almost over charged us all for our drinks (it was happy hour and she rang them in normally). She never once asked how the food was once it came out. (Props to the kitchen, all food was good, hot, and came out at a decent time!) it always seemed like a burden to her whenever we asked for something. She was extremely disorganized, took a very long time to get our bills sorted out (even though she asked from the VERY start who was paying for who’s bill) waited another 30mins or so AFTER we were done eating just to get our bills. and then she added a 15% gratituidy (which is absolutely fine. There was 20 of us) but COMPLETELY avoided telling anyone about it or clearly gave us our bills.(i seen she added it to our bill so I told everyone else but a few people had already paid and tipped her an additional 15%. NOT okay) She sat the bills beside her on the table so we had to lean over to see them. also charged us for an extra pop refill (it’s non-stop pop?? Literally costed us more for 2 pops then it did for two alcoholic beverages.) didn’t thank us or say goodbye when we were leaving. Extremely disappointed in...
