Bulk Barn — Restaurant in Edmonton

Candy, Baking Supplies, Chocolate, and so much more at the Bulk Barn at a much more fair price than what you pay at the bulk section of most grocery stores. They've got a great selection of individually wrapped treats as well that don't seem to be readily available at other convenience and grocery stores.

My daughter was struggling with one of the scoops trying to avoid a particular colour of candy and a staff member brought her over a pair of disposable gloves so that she could easily pick out what she wanted.

Since almost everything is by weight the cashiers, its pretty impressive that they can tell the difference between certain candies and remember a good chunk of the PLUs for them that otherwise look...

This was my first time at this store and... I Now have a huge regret that I haven't been here earlier! Awesome store! It has everything that I was not able to find at Walmart, superstore, safeway! Dates, Figs, sundried cherries, pears and peaches, Chia seeds, multiple types of flours, and awesome selection of candies, snacks, spices in alphabetical order!!! etc. They also carry real chocolate, I mean the one you won't find at other grocery stores. Vegan organic chocolate. And they even have machines to make butter from peanuts, almonds right in front of you!

In short - visit it! For sure you will find something...

I was able to buy multigrain pancake mix and gluten free pancake mix, however they were out of regular pancake mix ("quality issue"). Dehydrated vegetable flakes were also available. Couldn't find powdered eggs.

Staff were helpful. It would be helpful to have a sign beside the gluten bearing products telling customers that gluten free products are on the other side of the store. The arrangement makes sense as a means to reduce the risk of cross contamination, however it is not immediately obvious where to find the...
