Entering the restaurant you are immediately hit with the most delicate and inviting balance of spice and smoke.

Seeing the kitchen in its simple splendor is refreshing and exciting and the staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Most importantly the food. Our initial toe in with the most stereotypical butter chicken, naan and samosas brought my family to be excited about trying almost anything else on the menu in our next inevitable visit.

The Samosa pastry is as light and fluffy as the most delicate croissant and the filling is hearty and well blended without any offensive crunches of untamed spice chunks.

The Naan is as awesome as you would imagine but is simply the stage for what is, without embellishment, a celebration of the restaurant's namesake - the best butter chicken that currently exists on this planet.

The butter chicken is a perfect consistency, fluffy and cloudlike, but thick and wholesome. The balance is exquisite without any hint of runaway tomato acidity and the chicken has a delightful smoky hit which makes your mouth sing.

Place was recommended by Google for lunch while I was driving around looking for something different than burgers. I walked in, and they were mopping and cleaning everything. The place was absolutely spotless!

The kitchen walls are glass so you can see in from the dining room, it is all clean and prepped. I ordered the 19$ lunch special, which includes: Butter chicken, choice of lamb/ chicken/ goat curry, seasonal vegetables with paneer, Raita (A Tart, salty yogurt dip), a cucumber salad with tomatoes and onion, and homemade rice pudding along with butter Naan.

The food came out looking excellent, smelled heavenly and was piping hot. The actual portion of each individual dish is small, but combined together it absolutely stuffed me full! The waitress was very nice and explained what certain items were, and I was in and out in about 30-35 minutes!
