Absolutely wonderful experience at Dolly's last night, start to finish. We walked into a fantastic vibe of great music and a real sense of joy in the room, from both guests and staff alike. We were immediately greeted by a team member named Ronan, who was so kind and made us remarkable mocktails later in the evening. We were sat, and the magic began. Not only was the energy incredible, but the combination of amazing tag team service from Emma and Freddie was unmatched. We always felt attended to, but never bothered. Although we could have just sat for hours on end, vibing to the great music from the DJ, we came to eat. And oh my did we eat. I contacted Chef Bri a month in advance (in preparation for my beautiful partners birthday dinner) and was able to have them accommodate our many allergies and preferences. To say we were blown out of the water is an absolute understatement. They made sure to incorporate some of their classic dishes as well as some off menu items that suited our allergies. We couldn't have been more impressed. Each dish had its own personality and vibrance. We had a total of 8 incredible dishes and each one went back empty. Everything was THAT good. The whole entire experience was top notch. Service, exceptional. Food, remarkable. Vibes, immaculate. I am all for folks having the right to their own opinions, but if you don't think Dolly's is one of the, if not the best spot in Edmonton, you should put on a vest with a bunch of pockets and take a hike. Respectfully. Thanks for the best evening! 1000/10 can't wait to return.

When I first heard about this place I thought - WOW! A Barbie themed cocktail bar - I’m in! Well, turns out it is Dolly Parton themed which is just as fun and JUST AS PINK. The decor and atmosphere of this restaurant is very fun, and if you remember when Fu’s was in the space it’s impressive how they were able to transform it. The menu is a select of Peruvian share plates (which I am not sure relates to Dolly Parton but maybe I’m missing something). The food was good but I find that in a small space like this restaurant it is hard to order 2-3 plates without them starting to fall off the table eventually. I really enjoyed the drinks here though - the Pomeranian is INCREDIBLE. Aperol & Prosecco - yeah you don’t need another cocktail after this one. Honestly my only cons of this place are how small it is (which can make having an intimate conversation with a friend seem nearly impossible and is likely hard for the wait staff to navigate around politely) and the food menu I found very confusing and not related to the theme. Otherwise - you gotta check this one out! Have a drink in the pinkest spot in Edmonton.

I have to be honest, the reason people come here is for the aesthetic. I've seen this pink bar all over instagram, so when I finally got to visit, I was excited. However, after visiting the location myself... These are my takeaways. 1.) It's small. I know this can't be helped as they did not construct the building themselves but you are packed in like sardines and its stuffy. 2.) The food and drinks are lackluster. I split the 'girl dinner' with a friend which had cesar salad, tater tots and 2 massive "chicken fingers". The salad was fine. The tater tots were just that - they can be made at home in an air fryer. Lastly - these chicken fingers... We're nasty. 2 flat pieces of chicken in a flat and bland coating which was over deep fried. Also 15$ for one signature drink which neither was boozy or tasty. Flat on flavor. 3.) Our waitress never smiled once. She was working with 1 other girl for a packed Saturday night and it showed. They looked stressed and not happy. Ultimately, because of this I will not be returning to Dolly's. It's a visit once for the photos type of place.

Went in and was confused that there was no front desk or signs saying where to go to be seated. So, I had to wander in and find someone working to ask if they had room for a walk in table. I got quoted 30 minutes for a table, took almost an hour and a half to get seated. When I finally did get a table, we were seated at a table for two for three people. So me and my friend had to squish in the booth with our elbows almost hitting people we don't know. I would say they gave us less then 30cm between the tables beside us. For being so close to each other, we could not hear a word each other were saying. They had the music blasting louder than a club. Took forever to get someone to come take our order. When someone finally did come, they were out of the drink I wanted. So, I had to scramble and try to find a new one fast because I didn't want to have to wait another 15 minutes for her to come back. I ended up getting the Peruvian 75. Which tasted really good, but very tiny for $17. Basically a champaign flute size. Another thing I didn't really like, was all of the staff were wearing different clothes. So I didn't know who were staff and who weren't. Very nice decor and vibe. So if you're just going for a picture, I think you'll be satisfied. But if you're looking for a nice night out with the girls, I would give...

Went for the vibe stayed for the Food. Easily the best new restaurant / cocktail bar in Edmonton.

It was a full house so we gave our number and went next door to the common for a drink while we waited. The host was awesome and texted us 10 minutes later and was able to seat the two of us.

Innovative menu especially in the Edmonton area. Lot's of great share plates and mains. We love Palm Springs and it definitely brought us back with the emphasis on fresh ingredients and South American influence.

We ordered the chicken lollipops which were perfectly cooked and well marinated. I thought they might be messy or awkward to eat but the way they're prepared makes it a really clean accessible hand bite. Highly recommend. Good portion for the price too.

Our favourite was the chicken and cheese empanadas which are made in house and came out hot and fresh. The filling was well spiced and pastry top notch. They are served with an ultra fresh zesty little salad akin to a pico. Special mention to the cilantro/lime/chili green sauce.

We had several cocktails throughout the evening. Hit the mark for well balanced, strong, and not overly sweet. Servers were friendly, knowledgeable and attentive.

Unreal interior design. The decor is super rich and curated down to the small details like napkin rings and plates.

Food and...
