Im a regular at this Dominos Location and last night I decided to order in. The Delivery was swift but my dipping sauces were missing. I had ordered 4 of them and not even 1 came with the Pizza. It was late at night so I decided to call back and it connected me back to the delivery driver who asked 4 times if I was sure that they weren't in the box. That did not feel good cause now it makes me feel like they think I'm a liar but then he said well the guy packing the box confirmed before he left that the sauces were put in the box and said he will call the store and get them to take care of it. Waited 15 mins and then I started to get frustrated so I called the delivery guy again and he said well the store said they put the sauces in the box so he cant do anything and I'll have to deal with the store myself. Now completely ticked off at 1:20AM I called the store and whoever was working there said We are closed and I said well I didn't get my dipping sauces and at this point I wasnt so much so mad at not having my sauces cause the pizza was already gone but at the lack of service and the unprofessionalism, rudeness and not to mention already paying for something that didn't deliver. So the man on the phone says I'll send the sauces with the driver and I asked when, he said a few mins. Never came.. So I called in this morning and left a msg for the manager to call me. When we spoke, He was the same person we deal with all the time when we go in to get pizza, he is the most sweetest man and he was soo apologetic and gave a credit on the account. That makes my review from 1 star crappy service to a 5 star service. His customer service care and professionalism skills are #1. I’d like to preface this review that the food was hot and good quality, but the service was poor.
We ordered a simple combo tonight - 2 med pizza and a cheesy bread. Food came hot and fresh, but after opening the boxes, we were missing our dips. I phoned the Jasper location mentioning the error, and they said they’d deliver the missing items. I’m not that far from this store, so I could’ve very well picked up the order, but you pay for convenience… per se. My original order took less than 5 minutes to arrive. The dips… over 20 minutes to arrive. If you know you’ve made an error, wouldn’t you prioritize that customer over the next delivery you’re making INSTEAD of making them wait any longer for their food? I was going to ask for my tip back (I paid online) BUT I know people make errors. I really hope this helps better your customer service and help your drivers make better judgement calls on how to prioritize.
Lastly, please don’t assume that I have “bad signal to my phone” (that was what the CSR mentioned when I called a second time inquiring about my order). Your driver called me after 20 minutes of waiting. It wasn’t an error on my end… ANOTHER learning opportunity for your staff....

I called domino's to place a delivery order. The man on the other end told me he does not deliver to my neighborhood and he wasn't the best at customer service. He then told me to, "call this number" then hung up the phone.
So I called, "this number" in which a young female answered the phone. I explained to her that I wanted to make a delivery order, she then also told me, "We don't deliver to your area." (By the way, I live downtown, not up north.) So, she transferred me to this other location where KEN answered.
Ken told me that he TOO does not deliver to my neighborhood but then explained why. He took the time to tell me who should be delivering my food and taking my order. Instead of transferring me to someone else, he took down my order in the most polite fashion and offered to transfer my order to the correct store. He was very nice and I would love to order from him again!
