I went there made an order, asked for the two junior cheeseburger promotion , Lady told me I needed the coupon. I said last couple times I was there they didn’t ask. I asked for the manager , she said she was , n which she was not , because the manager offered me the promotion before . Then I asked If she had any coupons , Before I even finished asking, she said “nope “ . So I asked her name I said I’ll leave a review , And she asked me what I want for I told her for her google review of her service and she would not tell me. Then I said hold on I’ll go get the coupons from my car. SIMPLE ? No. I come back into the restaurant, and a guy hollers me over to the side and says I’ll help you, sir. I present my coupon which he threw behind him and asked what I want? I said it’s the coupon. I want two junior cheese. Then I asked him is it possible I can have multigrain buns like I normally get, he said NO. Then he race his voice and said I seen you asking her for them and given her a hard time. I said I had not given her a time I just stated facts . I have gotten multigrain before and I want the multigrain , then he abruptly waves his hands and loudly towards me he says no I don’t care if you have had them before , instead he should have Have offered me options. But he Didn’t , he started to throw fuel on a fire over a bun. So I asked him his name , He asked me before I said I’m going to Leave a review with your name. He abruptly says RAJ, And says he doesn’t care. I said to him you don’t care that I leave a review about this company over how you treated me.? And he started raising his voice and I felt so much tension. I walked away threw my coupons down and said Never Again. To be treated over the type of bun and be hollered at, and be told they don’t care. What kind of business is this one? I hadn’t raised my voice and I felt like I was being singled out by this man. But I do not recommend this location AT ALLLLL for its horrifying customer service. And careless attitude. Read moreThis review is based on an experience I had today where a man who identified himself as a manager made racist comments to me. I came in with 2 friends and ordered 2 veggie burgers. I usually go to the Harveys on 104 ave. and 109 st. where several of the staff are Punjabi. I speak many languages and often speak a few words to them in Punjabi despite being white myself. I asked the manager if he was Punjabi with the intention to greet him in his language as I would at the other location. I've never had anyone be offended by this but the manager at this location immediately snapped back and said "Why because I'm brown and you're white, is that what you're trying to say." I politely told him I speak languages and just wanted to geeet him. Later after we ordered I told him I didn't appreciate his racially charged comment and he accused ME of being racist for asking if he was Punjabi. I made no comment about skin colour at all. Canada is a beautifully diverse country that accepts all cultures and languages. I learned languages during the 2020 riots as a way of bridging the gap and making connections with people. This is the 1st time I experienced a racist response. Not only will none of us return to this location but I hold Harveys responsible for this response from their manager to a paying customer. Read moreAbsolutely terrible experience. Arrived at 925pm to go thru the drive thru. Person on the order box is persistent they don’t have the specials advertised on their app (does not say app only).
Left the drive thru and placed an app order for pickup - quoted 9 minutes for ready for pickup.
Two vehicles in front of us now- got to the window at 957 - 27 minutes later.
Employee is assuring that our order is fresh and that a large Swiss Chalet order was the reason for holdup.
All 4 of our poutines were disgusting mush and had been heat-lamped to death. Asked for them to be re-made and were assured they checked everything.
Return home at 1025 - 15 minutes after leaving the restaurant.
Onion rings were DISGUSTING. Cold, undercooked, and batter was raw.
Deep fried pickles were the opposite - had they been anymore deep fried they would have disintegrated in the boiling oil.
Clearly the night shift staff are just delinquent or severely undertrained in every aspect of a kitchen.
Somehow remembered to give straws with the drinks tho.
Won’t be returning to this location for a late evening dinner again, if at any time.
